“Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.”

“The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...

The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. “This was my husband's and mine first stay with Wood Spring Suites. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and very basic. There was a regular size fridge and a two range stove top, and a laundry basket. The towels were minimal with two bath towels and a wash cloth and floor mat, but no hand towels. We asked for extra towels, but were told we had to return our current ones, which did not help give us any extra towels. There was no hair dryer in the...
