The open floor plan features a dining area with an expansive table, ideal for a large gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes complete cookware, dishes, and utensils—everything needed to prepare simple breakfasts or gourmet meals. A dedicated coffee and tea bar is stocked with a selection of coffee, teas, sweeteners, and creamer for a convenient and enjoyable start to your day.

GAME ROOM

Behind the kitchen is a spacious game room with an additional couch and a jukebox-style music wall with 24 classic 45s.

Create your own vibe—just scan the displayed codes to instantly play music through a powerful Sony Bluetooth speaker for a premium sound experience.

The game room offers two dartboards: a professional steel-tip board (ages 12+) and a magnetic board, so even the youngest can join the fun. A wall-mounted case is provided for the safe storage of steel-tip darts.

THE ROCK WALL

This prominent wall in the game room features a collection of authentic, framed, and signed photographs of legendary rock & roll bands from the 80's & 90's. This display is part of the home’s overall Cool Vibes—a space designed to feel expressive, memorable, and full of personality, standing apart from the uniform white-and-gray interiors common in many listings.

For everyone’s safety and to preserve the collection, please note that all items are for viewing only. We kindly request that you do not remove, adjust, or handle any frames or items.

BACKYARD OASIS

Step outside to your own private outdoor retreat, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Right out the back door is a paved seating area shaded by a tree, with a second area across the yard featuring additional seating and lounge chairs. The backyard is fully fenced and secure with colorful LED lighting and Rock Speaker for magical evenings.

Enjoy outdoor cooking in our paved BBQ area, complete with charcoal, grilling utensils, and mitt. A granite prep table provides plenty of space, while fresh herbs are available to pick and enjoy with your favorite dishes. All under a Gazebo which has lighting for night, shade for hot sunny afternoons, and no worries should it rain.

Four tennis racquets and balls are provided so you can easily enjoy nearby courts. The Delray Beach Tennis Center is just 3/4 mile away, and free hard courts are also available at Pompey Park only 1/2 mile from the home.

PARKING

Parking is provided in the driveway which can easily fit three vehicles. The garage is currently not available for parking.

WATER FILTRATION

Clean, pure water is a priority in our home. The entire house features a 3-stage water filtration system that delivers cleaner, clearer, and better-tasting water. The system enhances water quality—providing added comfort and peace of mind during your stay.

WASHER and DRYER

Access to a washer and dryer is available located in the garage which is accessed through a door from inside the kitchen. No need to walk outside. We supply laundry pods, freshener crystals, stain remover spray, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Iron and ironing board also available.

BEACH ITEMS

Provided are large plush beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a bag and cooler. Fun items for the kids too: sandcastles, boogie boards and googles — just grab and go.

FREEBEE

This home is in the “Freebee” shuttle service area which provides free electric rides around Delray Beach. It is an on-demand shuttle that picks up and drops off anywhere in the Downtown service area.

ONLY 1.1 mile away—Old School Square is an historic cultural arts campus on a 5-acre site located in the heart of Downtown Delray Beach at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Ave. Events are always happening throughout the year. It offers an Amphitheatre, Sunset Concerts (check schedule for events) , Creative Arts School, Cornell Arts Museum, Green Market (starts back up October 24th) and tons of fun activities throughout the year!

Strict No-Smoking Policy (Inside the Home)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house at all times. Smoking is permitted outside only. An ashtray will be provided for outdoor use which must never be brought inside or emptied in the house.

No Parties / Gatherings Policy

This home has a strict no-party policy. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Small gatherings may be allowed only with prior approval from the host, which must include: The number of additional guests and duration of the visit. No unapproved guests are allowed on the property. No overnight guests beyond the reservation are permitted.

Noise, disruption, or violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Damage & Incident Reporting

Any inadvertent damage, breakage, or issue must be reported to the host as soon as possible.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
