Denna bekvÀma duplexenhet har en saltvattenpool, med tropiskt lummigt landskap som ger en hÀrlig semester i Florida.

SeaBreeze ligger inte bara nÀra Atlanten, men ligger nÀra Intercoastal och mindre Àn en mil promenad till stranden. Strandstolar Àr tillgÀngliga för att ta stranden, eller njut av en av de lÄgkostnadsberÀknade fÀrdiga stranduppsÀttningar som redan placerats pÄ surfsidan.

Nice little duplex

Overall, great experience with the place, but there could’ve been a few other things that could’ve been taken up to make it better. As a fellow Vrbo Owner some small things go along way. There was dried blood on one of the bedsheets and the sheets in general were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in showers. Water filter on fridge needed to be changed and made a lot of noise. Also was not warmed of the heavy construction Next Door that was going on our entire stay. Overall, a nice place, but working on a few of these things would’ve made it a five star for sure.

Wonderful Cozy Comfy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Delray vacation property. We loved the location in a beautiful neighbourhood where we can quickly walk to the Atlantic Shops, restaurants & beaches. The space was super comfortable with great beds and renovated bathrooms. It was a cute home away from home. We loved the clean and relaxing pool area which was a real bonus. The property is managed very well and the listing completely represents the listing. We would definitely return as we loved the area. Thanks for a great experience.

Property was exactly as described. Up-to-date, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay, extremely clean. The pool was beautiful and clean. It was also a great location and a quiet spot to unwind and relax. Already looking forward to going back!

Fear for what we needed

I do feel like the listing ga was confusing that 4 other duplexes share the one small pool. The unit was cute abs clean. I was surprised with the list of cleaning that was required when we were paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was good.

Super private clean home in the best area

Well maintained, thought through, super clean in the nicest possible location in Delray. Property manager and owner are highly responsive, Accommodating on any requests yet not overbearing. Home and outdoor spaces are very private. Plenty of parking available. The home, areas outside and the pool are well-maintained and clean. Overall very comfortable stay with zero issues.

Quiet, comfy and convenient!

We really enjoyed staying at SeaBreeze! The home is very nice with two bedrooms, two full baths. A nice kitchen and living room. The pool is great for a refreshing dip too! The location is minutes from everything you want to do, so we’ll be back.

Restful Retreat

Hurricane disrupted booking but charged anyway.

We are from Tampa area and we booked this when the hurricane looked like it was going to hit us directly. The booking was not used as the path of Hurricane Ian switched and was now further south. We let them know on Tuesday morning that we would not use the property. The owners of the property graciously reimbursed 50% of our costs. The problem is that with the change in direction and path of the hurricane they actually expected us to travel and put ourselves and others in danger. They actually expected us to join the hundreds of thousands of people who were evacuating South of Tampa and to add to the conjestion of the roads. They opened their property for bookings but had a 3 day minimum. so no one took it. I think that greed and financial gain in a time of distress is pretty aweful. If i had owned this property i would have opened it for 1 or 2 day bookings and would have freely given it without charge. On top of this reports of tornados and flooding in Delray Beach made the situation even more variable. We are out hundreds of dollars but they feel good about their decision. Karma.

Adorable place and great location

We had a wonderful time at Highland Park Delray. The property manager was available to answer any questions and went out of her way to help. The place is adorable and the shared pool area was lovely. They had everything you needed from beach chairs and towels to a coffee maker and even an electric tea kettle. The full size washer and dryer was a nice surprise. It was a perfect location being about a half mile to Atlantic Ave. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to visit Delray.

Great Location

This is a very well located property. I was able to walk to the beach with 3 kids all under 10 years old in about 20 min
accounting for their slow pace. It’s also a safe pool for young swimmers. It was comfortable and quiet. I wish the pool lights would go out at night because they kind of light up the master bedroom through the blinds but I am a light sleeper so I brought an eye mask. Otherwise super clean, super safe, super convenient.

1st Trip to Delray

We had a great stay! The property was just as pictured and the perfect size for our family. It had everything we needed and the pool was amazing! Super close to everything! We will definitely be back!
