This charming space boasts an open living room and dining area with seating for 4.
Glowing with natural sunlight during the day and the perfect amount of privacy in the evenings, the central AC and ceiling fan keep temperatures nice and cool when you need a break from the FL heat. The living room couch with chaise opens up to a bed (Queen size mattress-good for kids). The Living Room 65" Smart TV offers live streaming through You Tube TV and apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc are accessible with your log in and password.

Cooking or Taking Out? Maybe a chef prepared in home meal?
Either way, enjoy your tropical courtyard view from the dining table or the sitting area out front, while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon smoothie.
The cozy yet well appointed kitchen is stocked with just the right amount of pots, pans, dishes, bake ware, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and more. A 10 cup coffee maker with filters, a 2 slice toaster and a Cuisinart blender are some of the small appliances available for use. We provide basic starter items for all guests; new sponge, 2-3 rolls of paper towels, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, basic spices and more.

Upon entrance into the tastefully decorated master suite, the beach vibe makes Ocean Pearls King size pillow top the ideal spot to end your day in Delray Beach!
Cotton linens, a 40" smart TV, dimmable light/ceiling fan, 2 night stands, dimmable lamps, extension cords, large closet with ample hangers, extra pillows, blankets and a full length mirror...are just a few of the "glad this is here" kind of things you'll find during stay. TV offers live streaming through You Tube TV and access to apps (your log in and password required).

There is a stack-able washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, extra hanging space and a convenient vanity sink with a adequate lighting, a mirror and an outlet in the second closet/ laundry area in the bedroom.

A hair dryer, bath and hand towels and 2 brand new beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 4 beach towels are also provided.

Sunshine, palm trees, ocean breezes and no car needed

Parking for 1 vehicle is available on site, no visitor parking is available. Ocean Pearl entrance is equipped with key pad for self check in. Your personal door code is programmed and sent on the day of arrival.

Please note by reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification, deposit authorization and short-term agreement with e-signature for access to the property.
2. Direct Bookings~ no cc processing fee if payment is made via check, wire or ach payment. Vrbo Bookings ~ the "host fee" you will see in your total pricing, "admin fee", is the cc processing fee. Airbnb Bookings ~ Airbnb fees are collected by Airbnb and we have no control over them. Palm Beach County Taxes ~ 13% mandated on all booking platforms
3. 2 guests max (small children may be considered above the max)-NO pets
4. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require adequate prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given**
5. Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Violations of the Short-Term Agreement will result in forfeiture of deposit, immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time and may be subject to additional fees related to the violation.
6. Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. Guest releases On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.
7. Ocean Pearl has weekly lawn service, and monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services, if the date falls during your stay. If interior or exterior visits are scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present and may be asked to leave the property for 2-4 hours for exterior services.

While we love our fur babies and yours, our HOA does not permit our Guests to have pets.

Service animals require proof of vaccination, check up w/in the last 30 days and letter from licensed medical or mental health provider.
Service animals may NOT be left in the unit alone.
Service animals are NOT permitted on furniture.
Service animals are NOT permitted to use piddle pads in the home.

Owner MUST pick up after their service animals and properly dispose of feces in the dumpster/bin on the ground floor.

A $300 deposit in addition to the standard deposit for the stay, is required for all service animals.

Sadly, many attempt to sneak their pets in or use false certifications to bring animals into a vacation home. We kindly ask that you do not book with us if that is your intent.
Violations of the Service Animal policy will result in an automatic forfeiture of deposit, an additional cleaning fee and immediate termination of stay with no refunds for unused time.
