A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms. The first features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A shower and WC serve this floor. Please be aware that no heating is available on the lower ground floor.
