âAbsolutely delightful! The staff were helpful and pleasant, the room was well appointed, and the breakfast served was delicious. This was my favorite accommodation during my week in Colombia and I highly recommend it.â
âThis is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didnât have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didnât even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended up leaving.
The hotels.com chat function didnât work for us so unfortunately the hotel did receive our prepaid funds; they get our honest review in return.
