“Fantastic pet friendly hotel, amazing food, great walks outside, great extras, love the pantry’s and the boots for free hire, the games in the lounge and the free night cap, to be super picky the only complain I could have is the outside hot tubs need a good clean and sadly while I was their only one was working which may be the reason for the tub needing cleaning due to over use. But it still gets 5 stars from me as the rest was stellar quality. ”

“Bodde på Old bank hotel fyra nätter och vistelsen var underbar. Rummet var modernt, rent, prydligt och lyxigt. Förutom rummet så är hotellet i sig väldigt stilrent och man märker att mycket tid har lagts på att göra gästupplevelsen så positiv som möjligt. Hotellpersonalen var trevlig, professionell och tillmötesgående och säkerställde alltid att vi var tillfredsställda och nöjda. Överlag är detta ett av dom överlägset bästa hotell jag har bott på. Tveka inte att bo här om ni ska besöka Oxford!”

“Such a beautiful hotel and the room was great spacious and so pretty. The perfect getaway. The courtyard/garden was amazing for drinks/dinner. The only negative is the price which is a bit steep but you get rewarded in the end. ”

“I was given a room for disabled people. No idea why, as the hotel did not seem to be fully booked, and I am not disabled. The shower had no hot water. I let it run for 5 mins and it was still cold. ”

“Bra incheckning, frukost och rum. Läget är en bit utanför centrum så man behöver bil eller ta taxi. Men lugnt o fint. ”

“I had a very good stay at this quiet and very besutifully located hotel. The buildings are full of history but stylishly modernized and very attractive, as is the surrounding park and walk down to the Thames. Breakfast was great, and I appreciate in particular that I could take a morning swim in the hotel pool. ”

“Bedroom beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and water in the room. Comfortable bed. Warm and cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked good choice of drinks and cocktails. Breakfast, full breakfast included, delicious and lots of choice, eggs benedict, eggs royale etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There was a loyalty scheme but they didn't explain it so i have probably lost out on a lot of points. But otherwise excellent. ”

“väldigt trevligt boende med fantastiskt läge, fin restaurang precis vid floden. Det enda som drog ner betyget var att frukosten öppnade för sent (kl08) så jag hann inte äta någon frukost, med det löste personalen på ett bra sätt genom att packa en frukostpåse till mig.”
