  • Apartment located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, sleeps 4, 2 double bedrooms with built-in closets, full bathroom with a bathtub, bathroom with a shower, separate kitchen with a kitchen nook, refrigerator, microwave, dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, central ducted heating and cooling, living-dining room, terrace with ocean views, video intercom, security door, tile flooring, double-glazed windows, and an underground parking space. The complex features a swimming pool for adults and children, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna, landscaped gardens, a playground, and a concierge service. It is located at Carretera de las Marinas No. 11, 100 meters from the beach and 500 meters from Denia, near a supermarket and restaurants. Pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi.

    Key Pickup: On the day of arrival, please go to our office located at Calle Campo Torres No. 22 in Denia (Inmobiliaria Denirent), where we will hand you the keys to the apartment and provide directions to your accommodation.
    Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need to check in or out at a different time, please check availability with the agency.

    On the day of departure, we will meet you at the apartment at the time agreed upon with the guest to inspect the condition of the unit and collect the keys.

    Quiet hours and rules established by the homeowners’ association must be observed; parties and events are not permitted.
