Welcome to this charming apartment with shared pool and only 500 meters from the beach of Denia, where 2+2 guests will find their second home.

The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept communal gardens you will find a wonderful shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 16 x 11 m and a depth range of between 0.9 and 2 m. The little ones can also have fun while splashing in the children's pool or playing in the playground. In addition, those who enjoy sport can have a good time on the two paddle tennis courts offered by the community. Once on the property, the fantastic balcony will become the perfect place to start the day with a good breakfast while enjoying the beautiful views of the surroundings, or to enjoy unforgettable moments while having lunch or a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note that, due to its location in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

Located in a building without elevator, the bright and cozy interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has AC and TV, while the kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, you have a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. If needed, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

This wonderful accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Denia, a charming coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and history. Just 500 meters from the apartment is the beach of Els Molins, one of the most popular in the city for its beautiful and attractive natural environment thanks to its fine golden sand and turquoise and calm waters. It is therefore the perfect place for those who want to relax in the sun, practice water sports or enjoy the pleasant sea breeze while walking along the promenade that runs along this beach. In 10 minutes by car you will reach the historic center of Denia, where you can visit such emblematic places as its castle, which offers panoramic views of the sea and the city, the port and, of course, stop at one of the many restaurants in the area to enjoy the excellent cuisine of the area, specializing in rice, seafood and fresh fish.

-The swimming pool is open all year round from 9:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 23:30.
-If you wish to use the paddle courts, we recommend you to book them at the reception desk.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-There are parking space for 1 car in the garage.
-Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is until 10:00.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
