Well located winter break
Property well located in quiet and convenient location for all amenities. However nice terrace space with furniture did not get the sun during day for our stay December - January which made it very cool in shade despite 17/20 degrees in sun. Property had comfortable bed, however bedroom one requires more drawer space. Lounge was basic and a little stark as no curtains with limited soft lighting. Also TV was too small to see clearly (unless 20/20 vision) and intermittent signal from wi-fi causing screen to freeze or lag in evenings. Sofa was basic and a little tied and would be cramped for 4 adults staying. Kitchen well equipped. Ladybird Villas host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall good stay but would want look for more home comforts.

I did tell you prior to your arrival Brian that the sun was on the terrace until 11:00am in the winter but the communal area does have sunshine and you welcome to take sun loungers out to enjoy the winter sunshine. If you wished additional storage you where advised to let me know if you needed ANYTHING whilst on your stay. We have electric blinds in Spain that are closed at night time to give privacy and keep the warmth in. But I have spoken to the owner about your comment of curtains. The TV is a 32" tv. I do wish you had mentioned you where having problems with the wifi, we would have got it rectified, as we did with the English tv. The sofa is 2.90mts long and is more than enough space for 4 people. All of our properties are well maintained and the owners do take on board any comments made whether positive or negative.

We liked Denia very much and the apartment was very nice and well situated, short walk to town and beach. Good food and nice people.

Excellent apartment
New, well furnished and equipment apartment. Excellent having a pool onsite which was very quiet at all times. Fantastic outside space where we relaxed most evenings. Loved Denia old town with its castle and the marina area with lots of restaurants and bars. Would recommend Movida for a special evening meal. Tapas Alley & the Mercado A Fresca dinning area near the water front. Great area for any avid cyclists.

Brilliant 2 week summer stay
A fantastic apartment in a great complex. Clean and tidy on arrival with a great informative handover from Jayne. A perfect location for walking to the marina and town with no complaints from our teenagers. The pool was never busy and so close we could dip in and out during the day. We’d have no hesitation recommending it and are in fact booking again already for next year.

Family trip to Denia
Apartment was great, however the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance so was unavailable. Location fantastic- easy walk to marina and shops. Would definitely go back.

Brilliant stay
Stayed here for 1 month the apartment is fantastic everything you need for a long term stay, 2 big supermarkets on the doorstep location to the town & port really good, Jayne was a great host very informative and knowledgeable about the area look to return in 2025

Great time
Overall was an amazing stay, great location Jayne was as the reviews say, awesome. Property had a few issues which were mainly fixed whilst we were there. Was not aware there was no cleaner in the winter and apparently you have to pay addiontal bills in the winter. Other than this it was exactly what we expected and in one word Great.

Enttäuscht
die Wohnung ist nicht wie angegeben „brandneu“, sondern fast 10 Jahre alt. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, Töpfe zerkratzt, Küchenutensilien verbrannt oder verrostet, Bettwäsche passt nicht. Die Anzeige sagt nichts über die Lage aus; das Haus steht voll gen Norden, sodass auf die Terrasse nie ein Schimmer Sonne hinkommt. Im November war es dadurch zu kalt um draußen zu sitzen. Es gibt keine Strandtücher, mussten wir kaufen. Wir hatten uns sehr auf diese auf den Fotos schöne Wohnung gefreut, schade, dass es eine Enttäuschung war.

Hallo Manfred, die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf dem Video und den Fotos zu sehen. Ein paar der Küchengeräte sollten Anfang 2023 aktualisiert werden, wenn Sie mich angerufen hätten, hätte ich sie sofort für Sie korrigiert, wie ich Ihnen in einem meiner Callouts an Sie gesagt habe, während die Außendekorateure dort waren dort. Wir sind im Winter und ja, wir haben hier kaltes Wetter, aber dann haben wir fabelhafte Tage wie gestern und heute bei 22 Grad, das Wetter ist etwas, das außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegt, fürchte ich. Bei Sonnenschein ist es immer rund um den Poolbereich und Sonnenliegen stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, natürlich wenn es warm genug ist! ! ! Wir werben nicht damit, dass wir Strandtücher zur Verfügung stellen, aber wenn Sie gefragt hätten, hätten wir sie Ihnen gemietet. Unsere höherwertigen Unterkünfte bieten Strandtücher und werden in den Beschreibungen erwähnt. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber und gebügelt, sie sind alle weiß im Hauptschlafzimmer und Bettbezüge und Kissenbezüge im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind farbig und passend. Alle Bettdecken sind makellos sauber. First class
The property was clean and had everything that was required for a very comfortable stay. The Wifi was reliable and the ability to access UK TV programs a real bonus. Being close to the town centre and the Marina was very handy. Nothing else to add - it was just first class.

Excellent apartment
This apartment was very clean and modern with easy access to the marina the only thing I would say is the apartment is not brand new as stated. There is a lot of building work going on to the front of the property and a constant banging in the distance during the day.

Centraal gelegen appartement in rustig complex.
We hadden een fijn verblijf in dit appartement. De accommodatie was heel goed uitgerust en ideaal gelegen. Dichtbij het centrum, de haven, winkels en het strand. Het appartement is gelegen op het gelijkvloers wat heel handig is met kleine kinderen. Zij kunnen vlot van en naar het zwembad. Het is ook een heel rustig en net complex. Jayne was ook vlot bereikbaar en hielp snel bij de wifi-problemen. Enige nadeel was dat de airco elk uur uitviel. Vooral 's nachts met de hoge temperaturen was dit niet zo aangenaam.

Ik ben zo blij dat je genoten hebt van je verblijf, het is een geweldige locatie en alles is gemakkelijk bereikbaar, zonder dat je de auto hoeft te gebruiken.

Lovely apartment
Great apartment in a good location and very well kitted out with all that you need when renting. We rented during November and December and the only downside was that the terrace was never in the sun the whole day.

Lovely large apartment

Absolutely marvelous
Just great, it was all perfect and Jayne is absolutely a 10, I had an issue with the dishwasher “due to my lack of knowledge “ and in less than 10 minutes she was there and solved it, I will with no doubt go back !

wonderful apartment !
We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is in a perfect location for the town, beach and other facilities. The property is fantastic inside and out but we spent most of our time in the lovely outside area or in the fabulous pool. Jayne was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome as well as being most helpful. We shall return!

My whole experience was excellent from the start. The property manager Jayne wss absolutely brilliant and so helpful. She responded promptly to all questions asked and was always available to answer any of my queries. The property iitself was fabulous and Denia wsas amazing. Will definitely return again soon. Luxe appartement
Appartement is nieuw en keurig ingericht. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Denia. We waren er in januari en omdat de woonkamer en terras op het noordoosten zijn gericht, kwam er geen zon. Jammer, want je kon dus niet buiten zitten en in de woonkamer bleef het frisjes. In de zomermaanden zal dit juist een voordeel zijn, want dan blijft het natuurlijk heerlijk koel.

Great location a few minutes walk to a busy Spanish town with many quality restaurants and shops
Bright clean and modern in a great location a few minutes flat walk to town. It was well equipped with two beds and two bathrooms with a lovely furnished patio at the rear which through a private gate led to a large swimming pool with ample space for sunbathing. We experienced an excellent meet and greet service...an all round excellent experience.

Fabulous modern apartment with lovely communal pool!
This is a lovely modern apartment with a sleek well equipped kitchen and large outside terrace with table and garden sofas making it a haven for evening relaxation and a glass of wine or two!! It also has convenient access through a gate to the pool area so our children could come and go with ease. With two comfortable bedroom and two bathrooms its more then enough room for a family of four or perhaps more! Close to Marina, shops and beach meant we didn't need a car and just walked everywhere!! Jayne the Manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble from arranging our airport transfer to talking me for a big shop when I arrived for the essentials. Denia is beautiful and we will be returning!! Highly Recommend!!!

Fantastic apartment and pool
The apartment was clean bright and modern. Close to everything. The pool was perfect for sun bathing on the grass area and cooling off the huge pool. The free welcome pack was just right to start off our holiday with a cool refreshing drink upon arrival, thank you Ladybird Villas.
