The stately Queen Anne Victorian main house lovingly called the 'Angel by the Sea' features a first floor with a bright living room with skylight, dining room with sliders to rear deck, large kitchen, parlor with tin ceilings, two bedrooms (queen and twin bunks), full bathroom, laundry and mud room. The second floor has two huge bedrooms (both queen) with sitting rooms and an updated bathroom. The parlor has a pull out couch for extra room to sleep.

Adding to the appeal, the 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is include so one couple can get away from the party. The cottage exudes its own coastal charm with a separate kitchen and patio. Both homes have their own outdoor showers.
