POSSIBLE CREDIT CARD FRAUD. I stayed there on January 23rd to january 27th 2023. At that time the hotel scanned my credit card to secure a deposit. They correctly withdrew my expedia bill. with which I have no issue. However 5 additional amounts accounting to 80702 JPY were withdrawn against google ads exactly at the time I stayed there. The hotel was the only institution to physically touch my card in the previous two months. I used it on the 25th in Ubud and it cannot be that restaurant as the amounts were withdrawn beforehand. I approached the hotel to report the possibility that fraud has been committed by one of their staff. I contacted Google ads and they confirmed the card details were used by a third party (indonesian name gmail starting with S). Their accountant basically just said they have secure systems and their hotel does not record credit card information, This is PATENTLY untrue because I was shown a print out of my card details (name, number, expiry and PIN) printed on a paper. This can ONLY be done if my information was stored on their system. DO NOT LET THEM SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD I am still awaiting a satisfactory result from their accountant.

I stayed at the property while attending a conference there. The facilities and staff were excellent for the purpose. Overall, everything at the hotel was fine except for dinner at the restaurant. It took over half an hour to receive the dish I ordered and some people at my table had to wait even longer.

Wonderful staff, nice food, decent location, not a great place to go out for a walk (although the security guard is quick to help stop traffic so you can cross the street). Bali had a rough 3 years with the tourist industry decimated by covid; the hotel is coming back, but be tolerant if the facilities are still recovering. Staff were a pleasure to interact with.

Staff always wanting payment before we had finished meals. Toilet blocked regularly, toiletries not replaced. Bed and room comfortable, TV had only instructions in Bahasa. SPA advertised has not been available for a long time, so it is wrong to advertise a SPA massage service, as this was one of the reasons we selected the hotel. The other was the GYM, very good service but, not run directly by the hotel and only one guest from each room can use the gym, and then only once per 24 hours. This is not expectable. The basic stuff was fine and breakfast was quality, but we can do better for the price in Sanur. Ideal for Indonesian conventions not not for other types of guests.

not a good experience
When I arrived I was quickly unsold because I was told that the first room that was on Hotels.com was only available to smokers. Then after paying more they made me wait for 20 minutes to “prepare the room.” Finally, I get to the room but it was super hot! Couldn’t find the AC for awhile. Had to search. Finally, found one of them but it didn’t work. The other one blew very weak. I asked for help. They sent an engineer. Long story short... 4 hours later, the engineer still couldn’t fix it. I was so weary at that point that I felt unwell. I finally just told the front desk that I couldn’t take it anymore and needed to find a new place. At that point they were very polite. And totally admitted they messed up. But it was too late.

Poorly lit room, unsuitable for business traveller
Not suitable for business travelers. The living area is too dim and impossible to do any work. No bottled water was provided, guests need to do self collection of water from a water dispenser.

We really had a pleasant stay. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. There’s a wide selection of food in the buffet breakfast. and to our surprise the hotel gave us a free room upgrade. Overalll it’s nice hotel.

Hotel restaurant had a generous menu but when ordering we were advised that only about 5 dishes were available including limits on how many of each dish we could provide. No choice as not many options locally as an alternative. Staff friendly and hotel condition was average. Location a bit too far from the city/airport.

Eh, just okay
Hotel was okay....the hotel put us into a smoking room initially and then moved "upgraded" us into a non smoking room. The AC in the main bedroom didn't work too well but the other room had a strong AC. The carpet was a bit soiled which requires some attention soon. The bathrooms were okay just to shower...wouldn't want to spend anytime longer in there. The bed was fairly large. The lighting in the room was horrible.

Best place to stay for polite staffs & Halal food
First and foremost, what caught our attention was the politeness of the hotel staffs. They were very accommodating and make you feel right at home. From manager to waiting staffs everyone was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed despite of being peak season in Bali . We chose the hotel for it's halal catering and alcohol free environment. The hotel transport is reasonably priced and will give you a peace of mind with a trusted and friendly hotel staff driving you around. Please be little cautious about renting a car with a driver as many a time these drivers will take you places you had no plans to visit. they make their money that way.

Convenient for conferences
We stayed here for a few days as we attended a conference here. It was a long way from tourist spots. It was comfortable and well-appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an additional charge. The breakfast had a wide selection. Room service was excellent. Tile grouting needed to be replaced. Items from the frig and drinks from room service were exorbitantly priced----as in 5 times the regular price. Bring in your own snacks and drinks. The hotel did not have a bar.

The hotel room is not bad, especially the studio room is much bigger than I imagined. The staff are very friendly and well-mannered. However unlike Kuta, not much night life near Denpasar. There's only one convenience store opposite to the hotel. No place you can go near the hotel.

In the heart of Denpasar and chaotic traffic
The hotel facilities are good for the price. However the location is not ideal as there will be lots of traffic while going to or coming from any tourist spot. Suggest to use this only as a day or two max hotel. We stayed there for 7 days and 6 Nights, so might have had an overkill for us.

Affordable place and great service
Stayed in Aston Denpasar for 2 nights. The room was in good condition, TV is a tad too small for my liking. Room service is excellent for the price. I would consider staying at this hotel again in future.

Our two had dinner there for salmon stick, fish salad and Pad Tai and juice and coke, comes total only for A$30, cheap and delicious! The room is quite big but seems hasn't be renovated for ages. Staffs are a bit cold if compare with the other hotels. 3x long swimming pools are great but only open till 6pm while its till expose to the strong sun beam, the foyer is beautiful and have artist there play local music at evening. The worst thing makes me not return in the future is, it close to no where, if you are not go there for business nearby, no point to accommodate at this hotel.

Prima Hotel
Netjes hotel, goede voorzieningen, op loopafstand van het hotel valt niet veel te beleven, maar dat is sowieso in Denpasar. Wij hebben het hotel gebruikt als eerste nacht na aankomst om vervolgens verder te trekken. Het Hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een erg goede keuken. Het is niet duur in verhouden tot wat je er voor krijgt. Het is ons prima bevallen.

コストパーフォーマンスはよいです。
空港からタクシーで1時間(1000円)ぐらいで、デンパサール市の中心から2Kmぐらい北にあります。中心部までは、歩くと30分ぐらいかかります。アンコット(乗合の小さい車)に乗れば50円で中心部に行けます。国際会議で利用しました。ホテルの設備が立派な割には、格安で泊まれました。ビーチに泊まらないでここを拠点にバリの中を歩き回るのも良いかもしれません。ホテルの正面の道を横断(横断を助ける人がいます)すると、レストランとKマートもあります。スーパーマーケットは、ホテルの前の道を右にまっすぐ進み、交差点と川を渡った先の道路左側にありました。歩いて12分ぐらいです。
