Completed in 2025, this spacious four-storey private villa was designed for families and groups who want to holiday together while still having plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy their own interests.



The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king beds, while the other two can be arranged either as twin beds or joined to create king beds. This gives you the flexibility of **3 king + 2 twin rooms, 4 king + 1 twin, or 5 king bedrooms**, depending on your group. Two bathrooms feature jacuzzi bathtubs, and there are 3 additional powder rooms for added convenience.



On the ground floor, the large air-conditioned living room opens directly onto the private swimming pool and tropical garden. Relax on the sofas or daybed, enjoy a movie on the 80-inch Smart TV, or simply unwind beside the aquarium and calming water feature. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make everything from breakfast to shared family meals easy.



The first floor is dedicated to fun and entertainment. Challenge each other around the full-size snooker table, enjoy drinks or snacks from the bar with its own fridge and microwave, relax in the lounge, while younger guests have a separate children's playroom of their own.



Upstairs, the atmosphere becomes more peaceful. A 30m² air-conditioned yoga and meditation studio provides space for yoga, exercise or quiet relaxation and opens onto a rooftop garden – equally lovely for meditation, reading, morning coffee or an evening cocktail.



At the top is one of our favourite spaces: an open Balinese-style rooftop lounge with cooling sea breezes and views towards the ocean. Watch Sanur's famous sunrise, see boats coming and going from the port, enjoy the colourful kites often flying over Bali in the afternoon, or simply settle in with a drink as the day winds down.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, so you can stay connected from the bedrooms and living areas right through to the rooftop.



What makes the villa special for larger families and groups is the variety of spaces it offers. Swim together, gather for meals, enjoy a game of snooker or a movie, let the children have their own play space, retreat upstairs for yoga or quiet time, then come together again on the rooftop. Ten people can share one holiday and one home without everyone having to do the same thing at the same time.





The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay. Your group has private access to all 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, the swimming pool and garden, kitchen and dining area, living rooms, snooker and bar lounge, children's playroom, yoga studio, rooftop garden and sea-view rooftop lounge.



There are no shared guest areas.



Secure onsite parking is available inside the villa garage for one car together with scooters. Additional scooters can also be accommodated within the property. For everyone's convenience and to respect our neighbours, cars must be parked inside the property rather than on the residential street.





We want you to enjoy the privacy of your own villa, while also having the convenience of a friendly local team close at hand.



Our resident villa host stays in separate staff quarters just outside the main villa, with her own independent access. She is there to look after the practical details of your stay without intruding on your private space.



During the day, she and our supporting villa team can assist with housekeeping, questions about the villa and local recommendations. Our host is normally available until around 5:00pm and can also help arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs, drivers and Bali tours, in-villa massages, babysitting and other services you may need during your stay.



You don't always need to go out to eat either. Our villa has its own simple all-day food menu, and our host can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for you when ordered sufficiently in advance. Whether it's an easy breakfast before heading to the beach, lunch by the pool or a relaxed family dinner at home, just let us know what you would like. For pre-arranged dinner orders, she will stay later to prepare and serve your meal at the agreed time.



Additional members of our villa team assist with housekeeping, guest support and maintaining the property, particularly around arrivals, departures and busy changeover days.



The host's separate accommodation means help is conveniently nearby, but your villa remains your own. You decide how much interaction you would like.



Think of it as the best of both worlds: the privacy and freedom of your own five-bedroom villa, with the convenience of a local host and support team when you need them.





One of the pleasures of this villa is the amount and variety of space it gives you. Although the home extends across four floors, all 5 bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground and first floors, together with the main living and entertainment areas.



The upper levels are simply there for you to enjoy when the mood takes you. The third floor is our peaceful wellness level, with an air-conditioned yoga and meditation studio opening onto a rooftop garden – a lovely place for exercise, reading, meditation or an evening cocktail.



Above it, the fourth-floor Balinese-style rooftop lounge is perhaps the villa's most relaxing hideaway. Catch Sanur's famous sunrise over the ocean, watch boats coming and going from the port, enjoy Bali's colourful afternoon kites, or settle in with a drink as the sea breeze rolls through.



The villa is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, around 300m from Sanur Beach, Matahari Terbit Beach and Sanur Port. You can easily reach the beachfront promenade for sunrise walks, cafés and restaurants, or catch fast boats to the nearby islands.



Standard check-in is from 3:00pm and checkout is by 12 noon. If your travel plans don't quite match these times, please speak with us in advance. Where our booking schedule allows, we'll always try to help with luggage and practical arrangements.
