Our family loves to live, work and play in Denton, Tx and with very close proximity to downtown Denton… you will too. Stay at our studio-it’s an adorable little gem of a spot in l’il d that is VERY close to our beloved Courthouse on the Square. Behind a green cottage you will see a blue door and cedar planked studio shaded by a grand Pecan tree-that’s your l’il DEN in l’il d and Denton welcomes you. NEW with comfortable bed, office space, clean bathroom, sleeper sofa, full kitchen and more.
The space
Nestled under a 100 yr old pecan tree just blocks from the Courthouse Square is the studio at 728 N elm (#104). The studio has a full kitchen with a Nespresso. Bed and bedding was chosen to ensure your comfort. The sleeper sofa with chaise and premium foam mattress was selected for the added convenience of staying with family or friends. Your home office is a cushioned built-in that is nestled next to a window which is perfect for zoom calls with USB port and surge protector. This office can double as a dining area. There is also a shared laundry with 1 other studio. You are near 4 excellent coffee shops (West Elm Coffee Shop, Jupiter House, Golden Boy, and The Mugg, but we added a Vertuo Nespresso (coffee or espresso) and some capsules in case you arrive needing a pick-me-up.

It’s a private studio with access off of a parking lot. Situated behind a boutique near downtown denton, the converted garage has an upstairs and downstairs studio. The downstairs studio is your l’il DEN.
