Nice property

The property itself is nice enough, the neighborhood is way sketchy though, lots of cars with broken windows in the morning, crazy people at the apartment complex next door screaming at all hours of the night, I even had a homeless person beating on the door all hours of the night insisting that the be let in, I would look for somewhere outside of Denver.

When we arrived at the property, the door was already slightly ajar. That was a scary experience being in downtown Denver! Thankfully, noone was in the property or had tampered with it. Condo is in a great location and was clean. Several things need to be addressed before someone stays there again. I have alerted the owner to the necessary fixes. If you choose to book this property, ask him if the electrical has been fixed in the bathroom in the main bedroom, if the black mold has been remediated in the Main bathroom, if the closet door now opens and closes properly and he has installed a keypad instead of a lock box on the front door. I wouldn’t advise you Not to stay here, but I would advise you to make sure he has fixed these most important items.

Worked Well

The house was clean and the owner allowed us to check in early. There were a few downfalls to note though. The shower heads were not working great and we had a package stolen from the porch within minutes of it being delivered. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

staged nicely but missing many needed items

Clean,new, and nicely staged. It was perfect for two couples traveling together. Nice privacy for each couple. No basic cable, wifi but tv just plugged into wall. You must sign into your accounts to watch tv. No USB plugs at all, so make sure you bring adapters to charge your phones. Nice fan above upstairs bed but no remote to turn it on. Said he did not get a remote. Minimal supplies in kitchen, only 4 spoons ect so you run out real quick. Has supplies for dish washer and washing machine. Furniture is for looks not comfort. Having never been to Denver would have been nice for info on rail system and things in area to do and restaurants ,no pens or paper supplied.. Has a nice viewing area on the roof, but no chairs or tables to sit on, nothing up there. Garage is small compared to others on property and cluttered so only a small car can fit in. Fees are high and cancellation only 50% refundable after signing and not refundable one month before visit. One bedroom on entry level then several stairs to living area with other bedroom and more up to roof. Difficult for disabled.

Family trip to Denver

Host was very responsive to inquiries. The property was conveniently located in relation to the city and airport. The space was well suited to our group of 4. The rooftop deck was a nice space, but lacked outdoor furniture for enjoyment. We would stay here again if we go back to Denver.

It was okay!

Decently clean. Comfortable bed and sheets. Seems like the owner might not have actually stayed in the place before renting it, as there were certainly things that didn't really make for the most comfortable stay. A difficult oven, janky toaster, no hook or anything for a wet towel after a shower, the curtains coming off the window fixture when we closed them, no privacy curtain layer so that light could come in without being totally exposed, a strange in progress cardboard over the front door. Host was responsive though. The wifi worked. Nice open kitchen floor plan, nice TVs etc.

Great home

The property was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay. However, we do have few recommendations on improving your guests stay. Some general rules and instructions on waist disposal and checkout. There were no trash bags. The garage was not usable for our auto. Some more kitchen utensils. The oven glass is not attached properly. No pot holders. No colander for cooking pasta. We would stay again and it was very clean.

Perfect accommodations in a wonderful location

Clean and easy, check in and out was an absolute breeze. Fun decor, comfortable beds, nice clean bedding, a stellar stove and range! I all-around loved my stay here.
