    This home may be listed for sale during your stay. If a showing is requested, we’ll always give at least 24 hours’ notice and check with you first. Showings are completely optional and only happen with your approval. They’re typically quick (about 15 minutes), and a licensed real estate agent will be present the entire time. No need to tidy up or do anything special — we understand you’re living in the space. If you have pets, we just ask that they’re crated or taken with you during any approved showing for everyone’s safety. We’ll always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your flexibility!

This house is gross and disgusting! The pictures look NOTHING like what you are walking into! The glass in the front door was broken out. The front door was dirty. The couch was dirty and had grass on it. Then we get to the bedrooms. The linens had hair on them, sheets were old and pilling so they had hair just stuck to them, dried blood stains on the bedding, some sort of stain on another bed, along with the hair in all the beds. The hall bathroom tub is black and dirty with mold all in the corners of the shower. The sink was dirty in the bathroom and still had a used washcloth from the last people who stayed. There appears to be a blood smear on the doorway going into the bedroom that has a missing doorknob. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the backyard is covered in dead tree limbs and rusted grills. Dead flies in the window, along with dog prints on the window. The AC was at 82! We didn’t stay. We left. I was traveling with my daughter and their friends and we were all scared to be in this place. We didn’t feel safe at all. The neighborhood is not great. I was also surprised with a 39 fee just to get the code to get in. I had to give my DL and take a pic of me holding the license to send in. Stay away from this place! Still trying to get a refund and the host is not being very helpful at all! It’s a very scam like situation! Had the picture truly represented what we walked into we would have stayed however that was not the case!

The home was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was only 1 washcloth and 2 handtowels for 4 guests. There was 1 roll of tp per bathroom with no spare rolls. No paper towels or cleaning cloths were provided in the kitchen. The ice maker is non-functional, and no ice-cube trays were provided. The offsite temp control was an issue, we were not able to lower the temp below 79. Initially we were instructed (through Happy Guest) to contact a property manager for issues. On our 2nd day we contacted the number, by text, waited 5 hrs then called and requested a return call. 3 hours later the internet went out, we called again and requested an immediate response. A text was sent that they were not managing that property and to contact the host. Upon contacting the host, he was able to help us get the internet back up, and turned off the off site temp control. We requested more linens and paper products, and was told they would be sent the next day. 3 days later... we had run out of tp in one bathroom, and had not gotten the promised supplies. We contacted the host, and was told to purchase the tp and he would reimburse us. It had been a long day at the zoo, and we ordered in for dinner - the last thing desired was to find a store on the day before we had to fly back home.
