Cheerful Colorado Family Home Great Location

We love our home tucked away in a quiet area in Denver. The indoor and outdoor spaces are meant for families and friends to relax and enjoy. Our 1960 ranch house has been remodeled and landscaped recently.
It is a great location 5-10 minutes from great restaurants and bars.
The light rail is also 0.8 miles away.
The space
Outdoor Features

The front and backyard were landscaped last summer to create an atmosphere where you are surrounded by beautiful plants. There is a large teak table on the stone patio to eat outside. The other features are a large trampoline, a hot tub and a firepit. My favorite place to have coffee is a bench tucked away in the back behind a beautiful oak tree.
The front yard has two rocking chairs so that you can relax and take in the front garden.

Indoor Features:

Updated Kitchen with great counterspace, a convection stove, and wonderful flow to the dining room.
The dining room and kitchen are open to each other and flow really well .
There are two bedrooms upstairs.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and is connected to the Master Bathroom which has two sinks and features a steam shower with two shower heads.
The second bedroom has a single bed and great desk to work at. It is connected to a bathroom with a bathtub.

Basement:
There are two bedrooms in the basement. They are both have single beds and huge desks to work at. One of the bedrooms has a very comfy trundle bed.
The basement features a pool table with a ping pong top to use, a large screen TV, a XBOX 360 with kinect, weights and a workout bike.
The bike is part of Bodi and MYX Fitness. This means you have access to the Netflix of bike and other workouts.
Guest access
The whole house is yours to enjoy. We love it and hope you do too!
We live in the house full time and you will be using it while we are out of town which means are belongings will be present. There will be closet space for you in each room. All dressers will be emptied. This also means there are boardgames to play and books to read.
Other things to note
We have two dogs. They will not be at the house. They are both non-shedding dogs and hypoallergenic.

The laundry room is in the unfinished part of the basement and storage room and has not been updated. The laundry machines themselves are both frontload and work really well. The dryer can be a little squeaky when it is running.
