This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath home has just the right amount of shared spaces and open concept living areas paired with private wings for bed and bath. Modern ranch style with large front windows, fenced and newly designed yard. The house boasts of natural light with unique sky windows, solar panels, updated appliances, a full kitchen and mountain views. The location sits on a quiet street with a private driveway, offers easy access to highways, the light rail and two parks within walking distance. This neighborhood is slowly flipping from older housing to newly built houses with a gas station coming soon on the corner. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, with some newly moved in neighbors that walk their dogs often to the nearby parks.

It was a lovely home. Exactly as described. The owner took care of an issue with the master shower drain within hours. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will if ever in the area again!

Great Location!

We were in town to see a concert at the Mission ballroom and this property was perfectly located. Easy to get on and off the highway and eight minutes from the venue. The host is wonderful and very communicative and the house gave us ample room. It would be great for two couples or a family with a few children. We will definitely stay there again again.

Tennessee visits Colorado

We really enjoyed our stay at this home during our time in Denver. It is conveniently located near the interstate, which made it easy to get from one place to another while visiting. We loved the layout of the home. The neighborhood wasn’t our favorite, but it was quite considering. There were only a few things I think needs some improvement- upkeep on the lawn (the grass was very high) and shade options for the living room as it got quite hot during the day. We loved the spare toiletries in case we forgot ours. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I'll start with the positive. This property has a lot of potential. It's very spacious and is situated for easy access to downtown Denver. The host responded in a timely manner. The entry instructions were clear. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The AC worked great in the heatwave going on while we visited. Having said that, there were several issues we encountered during our stay. First and foremost there were cobwebs and spider egg sacs in the living room and kitchen. The area next to the house seemed unsafe. The water/ice on the fridge wasn't working. There wasn't a floor towel for the shower in the master bath, nor were there extra towels anywhere in the house (the host did drop off a floor mat on the third day). The faucet in the master bath had a persistent drip. There were no checkout instructions, I contacted the host at the end of the stay to find out what had to be done

Nice little home

The house had a great layout of the house and location of the two bedrooms and two baths. The natural light of the house was great as well. As for the location of the house can tell the neighborhood is getting revived and will be a 5 star rating soon. Did feel safe in the area though and spent many nights on the porch area. Highly recommend the house.
