** In the winter (mid November - March) you must have 4WD, or an AWD vehicle (snow tires are also recommended). The road and driveway are plowed, however it will be hard-packed snow and conditions can change quickly and ice over.
- Doors must be kept closed.
- Food / garbage should not be left outside, (to avoid bears)
- Proper shoes should be worn outdoors on deck at all times.
- No baby wipe flushed in toilets please (or anything other than the toilet paper provided. Because we're in the country the home is attached to a septic system and we want to keep it healthy. We use special toilet paper (provided) to help avoid any clogging of the system. We thank you so much in advance for your support here!
- Please close and lock all windows prior to leaving the property. Also - please close living room windows that face the deck when it rains.
- Please relocate each Dyson remote on top of the unit prior to departure. Missing remotes that aren't placed back will incur a charge for replacement.
Hot Tub Rules and Tips:
1. Please shower and remove all make up before entering the tub. If excessive residue due to make up or not showering is found in the tub there will be an additional $50 fee incurred.
2. No glass near or inside the hot tub.
3. Please place the cover back on the tub when not in use and most definitely at night when going to bed. The cover conserves Heat and Electricity.
4. Hot tub temp will be around 98 when you arrive to the property. Feel free to turn the temp up between 100 - 102 for use.
4. Remove Chlorine Floater when using the tub and replace when not in use.
5. Upon arrival - hot tub cover will be latched on both sides. Please unbuckle before attempting to open.
***Hot Tub Electrical switch is located to the right of the sliding door in case it needs to be turned off in an emergency.
**Fire Extinguisher is located in the hallway closet in the case of any emergencies.
***Pet Policy - Pets are permitted in rental units only with prior approval. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
