Absolutely loved it!
I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly.

Clean, quiet - a great stay
My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) It was the perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Amazing!
Check in was flawless, we got to Denver a little early, and the property was ready with contactless check in. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and saying hello. Bunnies in the yard would greet us when we got back everyday. The property is close to everything, but not in a busy area. The property was very clean, and the little additions, like water in the refrigerator made our stay great. We didnt need to contact the property owner durinf our stay, because we had everything we needed. Even a first aid kit in the cabinet when we had a curling iron incident. Lol. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay.

Denver Studio Great Location
Chose this property for it’s location and price. Very clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay and overall very happy with our choice. Only complaint was the bedding which really needs to be replaced and upgraded as the mattress too soft.

One of our favorite VRBO's yet!
My daughter's (ages 23 and 15) and I absolutely loved this little studio apartment for our adventures in Denver. Our 1st MLB game and the Taylor Swift concert. Here's what they told me to write. *There's bunnies. LOL! There really were. We counted 5 or 6 of them up and down the street when we got back way late both nights. *It's 1000% safe. *It was super close to the rail system. We parked our car there for 12 hours when we rode into Denver that day and felt comfortable leaving it and felt safe waiting there for the train and coming back at 2AM. *It was well stocked. We were super grateful for the "squeezy" sunscreen in the cupboard because we found out that the Colorado Rockies don't allow spray sunscreen in the stadium. (eyeroll- Go Yankees!) *The kitchen was perfect. We always travel with our own food. *The hide-away bed and the queen size bed were both comfy. And now my 15 year old is convinced she needs her own studio apartment "just like it". I'd also add that it's in a great part of town with super easy access to the freeway and good shopping and restaurants near. If we ever come back to Denver we'll definitely stay here!

Perfect apartment
The property is a great space, especially for two, though it does sleep four. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi. TV. Very quiet area, good parking. It was nearby our family in Denver, and close to food, coffee, freeway, etc.

Perfect place with the perfect location!
Check in was quick and easy. Love the electronic lock; no worrying about a key. The place was very clean and looked really nice. We were walking distance from a great breakfast place (First Watch) and a local brewery (Resolute) and it was easy to get onto a main road or the interstate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect weekend getaway.
This property was nicer than the pictures! It was quiet, clean, and well situated for our concert at Fiddler's. It is well stocked and perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Plenty of street parking. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!
This is clean property, in a nice and safe area. The owner left great notes and was very accommodating. I put 4 stars for the fact that I chose the property because I needed a washing machine. Unfortunately it didn't work and when I looked at the owners manual, I didn't see how to fix it. I let the owner know and she didn't give any suggestions.

Beautiful apartment, but spotty communication
We loved this apartment! It is beautifully decorated and has all the essentials. I was surprised by all the conveniences in the kitchen. When we arrived, we discovered that the dryer did not work. We messaged the host. She was slow to respond, told us it worked on a specific setting (it did not), and it took 6 days to get a technician to diagnose the problem. The dryer didn't work for the entirety of our 10 day stay.

Lovely and most accommodating
This property was so nice and clean and updated. Looks brand new! Quiet neighborhood so sleeping was wonderful! And walking trail right behind which was nice to have for strolling or fitness walk. Everything was A+!!! If traveling back to this area, will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. And we liked that we were able to let ourselves in with a code since we didn’t check in till after the broncos game. It’s very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here in the future.

What a great place! Convenient to everything! Great restaurant/bars close by . Breakfast restaurants. Parks are close . Perfect to drive into Denver for dinner or Colorado Springs for a few hours. We will be back ! So much to explore!

Very nice place. Everything was new and in good shape. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood and in front of the house. Very close to lots of restaurants and Park Meadows Mall. Walking distance to a great breakfast place and 1 block to the Denver Trail System. Great place.

Beautiful Stay, Quiet
The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, with trail for biking, jogging or just a nice walk, and playground behind the home. Beautiful and well manicured area. The studio/suite was cozy, and had every amenities needed for our week stay. The owner is very prompt!!! I would give it a 10 * if there were one!

Comfortable studio in a great location
Beautiful tidy space perfect for what I needed… I was attending a four day course at a nearby hotel and did not want to stay in the hotel. I’m so glad I found the spot! After our original HomeAway Family rental was cancelled by the owner only 3 weeks before our Thanksgiving trip, I was not expecting to find such a gem. Maria, the owner, got back to me within minutes with an approval. Her place is beautiful decorated and has new big and small appliances. It is located near just about any type of store you can think of and, most importantly for us, very near our son's home. I've already decided that whenever we return to Denver -which is usually twice a year - that Maria's place is where we'll be staying. Thank you, Maria!
