The Space:

With four spacious bedrooms, modern updates, and a welcoming ambiance, this home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and business travelers alike. The main level offers an inviting living area with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, a dining space fit for group gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen that will excite any foodie. A newly remodeled full bath with a walk-in glass shower and a washer/dryer adds extra convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration.
