ABOUT THE SPACE
Welcome to "Rosé All Day," a stunning condo located in the vibrant Espadin LoHi neighborhood of Denver, CO. This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and urban charm, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable Mile High City experience.

With a spacious layout of 1,072 square feet, the condo comfortably accommodates 7 guests, with a maximum capacity of 9. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or guests who don't mind sharing. It includes a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping up to 5 guests though we recommend 3–4 for maximum comfort.

Enjoy breathtaking city views from the comfort of your living space, where you can relax after a day of exploring Denver's best. The cozy dining area offers the perfect spot to share meals, while the inviting living room is ideal for lounging and streaming your favorite shows with the cable/satellite TV. Just outside of the living area is one of the best parts of the loft—the super spacious, private wrap-around balcony with, you guessed it, mountain views and city views! This is the perfect, peaceful place to read a book or meditate during the day and admire the cotton candy Colorado sunsets over the Rocky Mountains at night. It is absolutely massive as well, with more than enough space for your entire party.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need, including cooking basics and dining utensils.

Toaster, electric kettle, Oster blender, coffee maker and Folger's coffee
Professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers
Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods

Espadin LoHi is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler. All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hello views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer s Market each Sunday to the city s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

Coffee Shops: Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

Restaurants: Explore the city s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our IG account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Breweries and Bars: Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Family-Friendly Activities: Traveling with kids? Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo

Shopping: There are many rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music and Entertainment: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature: If you re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan s Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park. We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

PARKING INFORMATION
There is no assigned parking at the property. It is street parking only. You'll find free street parking available directly on Zuni St, as well as on nearby streets within a block or two of the building.
Note: Parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings, weekends, and local events. We recommend giving yourself ample time to find parking, as it may require circling the neighborhood or walking a short distance from your car to the property.

PET POLICY
We are currently unable to accommodate pets at this property. While we understand pets are family, this policy ensures the cleanliness and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

PLEASE NOTE:

▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. This is a home run property if you’re looking for some walkability and a nice downtown Denver headquarters. Wonderful facilities. Cute rooftop area for great views. Spacious condo with TV’s ready to stream movies or music. Balcony was chefs kiss and the owner/mgr was very communicative and even promptly alerted me to the cleaner finding a left wallet. 100% would recommend. Thanks! -Anthony

Broncos Trip 2024

We had a fantastic experience! Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the central location. It made exploring the city so convenient, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The condo itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and very inviting. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Highly recommend!

Nice location

It was a nice clean location. Only street parking though. My only complaint is one of the roll away beds was tied closed with knots and i didnt want to cut it to open it because then we would not be able to close it when we left. We eneded up not needing the extra bed thankfully. Would stay here again.
