This cute, nicely decorated home had everything we needed! With 5 adults, we had room enough to spread out or come together. Joe, our host, was very quick to respond to questions and assist. This home was perfect for us!

Great vacation stay

We came from Houston to Denver, Co and found this house and it was exactly what we expected. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, planned to take the kids tubing which was about 1hr & 30 min away from winter park, went ice skating in downtown and was only 10min away… got to go out nearby for some drinks at night.we were very happy how everything was so close by we didn’t have to drive so much. You will have variety of foods in the area, our favorite was el gallito tacos stand was delicious! House was perfect in every way , we enjoyed the stay.

Comfortable Home - Roomy and Clean

This home was as described in the listing and was clean and well kept. Kitchen is tiny but was good for us because we were on the go and really just needed the fridge and coffee. Great place to stay!

Kids Hockey Tournament

Nice place, 4 families in one house helped us all save money than staying in a hotel for 3 nights. Sharing 2 bathrooms with 11 people was intresting but really did work out pretty well. Each family had their own room but the kiddos mostly ended up in the shared spaces by choice cause they all wanted to hang out. We would definantly rent again in future if ever needed.

Great location and a friendly host

This home was absolutely cute and perfect with the four bedrooms and two bath for our family to stay at. The home was clean and the location was perfect. The host was quick with responses whenever we had questions. We will look to book this place again when we come next year for our annual visit

Concert trip

College Graduation Trip to Denver

My family stayed in Denver for my don’s college graduation. Our group of 5 included myself, spouse, son, my in-laws. A group of us also attended the Zach Bryan concert at Mile High. Check in and check out was a breeze. The home was exactly as advertised. My wife and I used the basement room, as the stairs would have not been easy for my mid 70 year old in-laws. The upstairs was perfect for them. Clean inside and out with a couple of different tv areas so you can watch different shows if your party can’t agree. The neighborhood was quiet and while a little off the beaten path, ended up working just fine for our needs. The concert was a bonus and the house is June 5-10 south of the stadium. If I had a family with us in Denver, I would rent from Joe again!!

Truly great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time in this space! The outdoor space was perfect for our kids and friends to hang out, eat, and play. The rooms fit everyone without being cramped, the showers were hot, and the host was very helpful and communicative when we had questions.
