Golf/MLB/Rafting
Maria made things easy. Checking in went smooth. Room to cook, eat, and hang out. Lots of towels and the place was very clean. Easy Uber to downtown for the day and return after MLB game. Parking spot for large vehicle. As advertised.

Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. House is clean. Rooms are good. Remodeled and decorated nicely. Close to expressways. It was located Several blocks from a low income area, recommend to avoid that spot I think north bog the house several blocks, but other than that this neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods were nice.

Stay for surgery and recovery
My son and I stayed in the house for 1 week during his surgery and recovery. Maria’s house is very conveniently located near the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Maria, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful. The snacks that she provided were very welcome!

Super clean and cute house!!! People do live in the basement but they do not bother and are super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!!

Clean Property, Great for a Family Stay
The property looked exactly as advertised. It was very clean inside, but some aspects were a little dated (carpet, armchair). On the flip side, the bathroom was updated. There were tons of extra linens and towels. The beds were comfortable and it was great for our adult family of 4 to have our own space while traveling together. The house itself was slightly difficult to find, and the address is hidden by a big bush. The neighborhood seemed a little “sketchy”, but we felt 100% safe in the home and had no problems. I would stay here again and would recommend this property to family and friends!

Suits just fine
Pros: -Close to a lot! Easy to drive everywhere. -Updated bathroom -Clean comfortable beds -Bottled water provided -Offstreet Parking (with cover) Cons: -Says no smoking but it definitely has been smoked in… a lot. -Only one bathroom for a 6 person sleep is a little rough -Only two large towels were provided, the rest were hand towels (we were 6 girls there for 3 days) -Random man was standing in the backyard at 9pm then disappeared down into a basement we didn’t know was there let alone occupied. Should definitely know there are male tenants in the basement. -Backyard is not for the house’s use. It is full of stuff from their remodel and I assume is off limits but there was no information on that anywhere. Overall you get what you pay for. We were neither disappointed nor enthused. It’s a clean cheap air conditioned place to sleep, and that’s all we really needed.

Great place to stay!
Maria's place was perfect for our 6-day family vacation to Colorado! The house was very clean and well-kept. Smelled so nice- just like a hotel! Plenty of fresh linens and towels, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice dressers, plenty of closet space. The bathroom looked recently remodeled. The shower was great! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Maria left water bottles in the fridge, coffee in the cabinet and a cute bowl of candies (which my kids loved!) The driveway had room for both of our vehicles, including a covered car port It was about a 20-30 min trip into Denver, an hour to the mountains. I highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable and neat as a pin house.
House was perfect for us. Whole house very clean and tidy, with many new appliances to use. Happy too have a washer and dryer. We had a nice fruit basket waiting for us when we arrived. We slept well in the comfortable beds. Very nice rental.

Needs a lot of work yet.
House was clean and cozy, and the renter was very amenable. She even left some basic groceries and toiletries for us. BUT there was some sort of odd, humming noise that would kick on and off all the time; not sure if it was a dryer downstairs or the furnace. It was bothersome and kept us awake at night. There were also noisy people living downstairs. They were very loud, clumping up and down the stairs at early and late hours. The carport had old tires and mops stored in it and the back yard was unusable (had a “no trespassing” sign on the gate). It was very cluttered with what looked like construction supplies. They even had a dead deer head out there. Now this wouldn’t have been a problem except everything was visible from the inside of the house; we just kept all the blinds down. The main issue, however, was the front door. It had obviously been kicked in recently and not properly repaired. The entire door frame was loose so we kept a chair wedged under the doorknob at night. I did notify the renter about the door; she said she was aware of it and planned to get it fixed soon. With all of this, we left a day early. I feel this is a relatively newly listed rental and needs some work to bring it up to par.

Had a great stay, quiet and peaceful area.
Had a great stay. The owner came by to check up on us which I thought was real nice. She also left some basic things for us which I thought was great. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood that isn't to far away from the city.
