Vår stuga ligger precis utanför Hoosier National Forest som erbjuder 84 miles av vandringsleder med 50 miles av dem öppna för hästar. Från stugan är du mindre än 10 minuters promenad från Mogan Ridge East trail head och en kort bilresa till många andra.

Om du gillar fiske och båtliv är du 5 minuter från Derby Boat Ramp som ger dig enkel tillgång till floden Ohio. De vanligaste fiskarna som fångats är blåbär, röd, bas och havskatt.

Det finns en liten park i Derby bara några minuter längs vägen. Det finns basketplaner, gungor, rutschbanor, ett skyddshus och en vacker utsikt för föräldrarna medan man tittar på barnen leker.

Enjoyed hiking, beautiful cabin

Very nice cabin with well-equipped kitchen. A few other cabins in the vicinity and a convenience store nearby. Other than that, nature. We enjoyed hiking, the hot tub, and the whirlpool bath. There is no WiFi but a collection of DVDs and even VHS, but we didn’t get around to watching any. Lots of games as well.

Awesome getaway!

Cozy, beautiful and a very CLEAN cabin stocked with all the amenities! The bed was super comfortable. Loved the hot tub. The owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay!! Would definitely stay here again!

20th Wedding Anniversary

Artist Getaway

I had an amazing retreat at the Derby Serenity! It was a perfect place for me to enjoy an “Artist Getaway.” I brought a drop cloth, easel and canvas and reconnected with my inner creative self. Not only was it peaceful, but it was immaculate! I’ve never stayed anywhere that was this clean! It was such a relief after several “not so clean” experiences at other rentals. The cabin was well stocked - great cook and table ware. Lots of games and movies. The hot tub was WONDERFUL. I especially liked, that although rural, I didn’t feel completely isolated. Perfect getaway if you want to disconnect from the outside. I’ll definitely refer and revisit! Thank you!

Peaceful getaway

My husband and needed a much needed time to regroup and have some fun. This is our second visit to the cabin. We love the area and will be returning. Good base for attractions. Like Santa Clause and St Minerad and checking out the caves and great place to unwind Leavenworth general store check it out comfy beds we will be back

Amazing cabin,Spotless and well equipped

The cabin was cozy and well equipped in beautiful surroundings. Out of many stays in many places this has been our favorite. So much thought has been given to the comfort of the guest.
