“A calm but rather big hotel 6 km out of Norwich. Very helpful staff but with an accent you just can't understand as a foreigner. But no problem with that. Everything is at place and no need to have long conversations. :-) Nice full breakfast included and I had a beer and a goat cheese tartelette in the evening which tasted rather nice.”

“Nice room and a good area but there is three floors with no lift. I lived on the top floor and it got really hot so I had to sleep with the windows open and a fan on as there is no ac. ”

“Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9. We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by. The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. ”

“We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!”

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

“1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4.
