Cleanliness = Comfort, that is my belief. In addition to the regular service you would expect I go above by:
-Having a mattress protector underneath sheets that are washed after every use.
-Replacing the interior shower curtain when needed
-Replacing all filters every 3 months. This includes the HVAC, Air purifier, Refrigerator and Brita.
-Cleaning all appliances every 3 months.

We were in town for the Des Moines marathon, and the location was perfect- a block from start/finish. Clean, garage parking, and key-less access was a plus. Great communication throughout booking and stay.

This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and Mac added lots of useful extras. He was also a quick and helpful communicator. I would definitely stay in Mac’s apartment again, if I returned to Des Moines.

Quality stay

Property was as expected from listing. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.
