I didn't like that my reservation for a second day was not able to happen. It was for a different room and I forgot which day because my original reservation was done so early. It would of been nice if they could have confirmed the days when I first checked in. Overall it was my fault that it didn't happen and not the PInes at Sunriver. ”

Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm.”

“This place checked all the boxes for us. Would certainly stay here next time. First, the check in process only took 2 minutes. The front desk staff was super friendly and efficient.
The room was spacious with room to store our stuff. We had our dog with us, and he tends to bark when people are at our door at home. So I was worried he would bark at sounds outside the hotel door. But the hotel was well insulated, so there weren't any loud sounds.

“The hotel is very modern and nice! The rooms are well maintained. The bathroom was really big and very modern! The breakfast options were good... Eggs, potatoes, meat, pancakes, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. They had regular coffee and a specialty drink machine. The location was good. It was easy to get where we needed to go and it was in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay!”
