This renovated holiday apartment welcomes guests with its bright living room featuring a sofa bed for 2 people, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen.

From the living room and bedroom, you can access the apartment's private terrace and garden, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors and for relaxation moments.

This apartment features a double bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.



*The residence swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, from 9 am to 9 pm. A swimming cap may be required.

Residence Villa Giulia is located a short walk from the city centre, the lake and the beach. Restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. Guests can easily reach the beautiful Sirmione peninsula (15 minutes by car) to visit Scaliger Castle, Catullus Caves and the Aquarium. For those wishing to visit the lake, there are cruises that "call at" the towns of Desenzano del Garda, Manerba, Salò, Riva del Garda, Bardolino and Garda. Families and children can easily reach the Gardaland and Movieland amusement parks (25 minutes by car) and the Caneva Aquapark water park (30 minutes).



The Residence is reachable from the nearby Verona airport (40 minutes by car) and from the motorway at the Desenzano exit.
