Spa heating is included in the cost of the booking. The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so it is available for an additional fee. It takes around 6-8 hours to heat the pool, so please requested at least 24hr prior to have the pool heated for your arrival. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa.

We also provide 2 air mattresses. The house sleeps a maximum of 16 people. Please note that a fee for extra guests will be applied to your booking costs - $50/day per each guest after the 10th guest.

Guests have access to the entire house, besides the primary bedroom closet.

Per Riverside County regulations, no outdoor music is allowed after 7PM. No speakers, music amplifiers, live music, DJ or karaoke are allowed outside or inside of the house AT ALL TIMES. Home equipped with noise and occupancy sensors which send notifications to hosts in case of unacceptable noise level. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval.

Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool and spa. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet(s) in advance.

No smoking inside the house - violations will be subject to a $1000 fine.

Please note: There are exterior surveillance cameras installed outside of the property for security and safety purposes. Cameras are positioned around entry points and the backyard, including coverage of the pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays.
