Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Pool/Hot Tub Heating: $150/day, minimum 2 days, with 24 hours’ notice

Spa & Pool:

Spa heating included; 3-hour timer, can be turned on anytime.

Pool heating requires 24 hours to reach temperature; do not touch pool equipment—any damage is at guest’s expense.

Outdoor music & parties:
Music is allowed outside until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers are permitted; however, large speakers, DJ equipment, and karaoke machines are not allowed outdoors

Cameras & security:
For your safety, the property has security cameras:

1 located in the front yard pointing out to front of the garage (exterior), 1 in each side yard pointing to the outdoor and 1 in the backyard. They are recording 24/7 for safety purposes.

These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.

Pets:
• We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Property rules:
• Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Mailbox access is unavailable.

Assumption of risk:
• By booking this property, you assume full responsibility for supervising the safe use of the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur.

We’re here to ensure your stay is comfortable and stress-free. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
