The space
Outdoor Living at Its Best
The spacious backyard features a large pool and spa, inviting outdoor dining area, cozy firepit, propane grill, and comfortable lounge seating—perfect for sunny days and warm, starry nights. There’s also a dedicated play space for extra family fun.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Inside, the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including silverware, tableware, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender—just bring your favorite groceries and you're set!

Open Living & Dining Area
Gather for meals or unwind together in the bright, open-concept living and dining area—perfect for movie nights or catching up over dinner.

Game Room Fun
The converted, air-conditioned garage doubles as an awesome game room featuring a pool table, poker table, foosball, and more. Whether it’s a friendly tournament or a casual game night, it’s sure to be a hit with guests of all ages.

Spacious Accommodations
We can comfortably host up to 12 guests. Please note there is an additional $50 per night for each guest after the 10th guest.

Driveway and street parking are available. (Garage parking is not included.)

Other things to note
This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.


Outdoor music & parties:
No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

Cameras & security:
For your safety, the property has 4 exterior security cameras:

-2 are located on each side of the house monitoring both sides
-1 located above the garage monitoring driveway
-1 doorbell camera monitoring front of the house.

These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras.
A noise detector is located in the backyard as required by the City of Desert Hot Springs. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

The pool and/or hot tub will be serviced twice a week (Monday & Thursday) by our professional maintenance team, and the gardener will access the backyard once a week for routine landscape maintenance. These visits may take place during your stay. While we do our best to minimize any disruption, please note that access to the backyard cannot be restricted on scheduled service days.

Check-in/out flexibility:
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

Property rules:
- Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Mailbox access is unavailable.

Please note: Routine pool maintenance and gardening are scheduled to keep the backyard and pool area in top shape. The team may stop by during your stay for brief upkeep. Thank you for your understanding!

Safety requirements:
Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID and sign the rental agreement before check-in.

Assumption of risk:
By booking this property, you assume full responsibility for supervising the safe use of the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur.
