“I took my daughter to Destin for spring break. The condo was exactly as advertised; nicely updated and very clean. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex. We played the par 3 golf course 4 times during our stay and swam in the pool just outside of the unit. The unit is in the back of the complex, so the walk to the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. “The unit is updated and in good condition. Loved the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The location and view are fantastic. Owner supplied beach umbrella and chairs can be used a little further down the beach as the area directly in front of the building is rental umbrellas only. In unit laundry and kitchen were perfect. “Absolutely loved the property. It was exactly what we were looking for on our sisters trip. The view was breathtakingly beautiful off the slider balcony with the pool right there as well. “The owners were in touch and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We appreciated the beach chair and umbrella provided. We loved that Pelican Beach had everything in close proximity, including the pools and beachfront.
