Denna lägenhet på bottenvåningen ligger direkt på de vackra stränderna i Mexikanska golfen! Du kommer att ha en fantastisk utsikt över det smaragdgröna vattnet och stranden!
Gå direkt från din uteplats vid stranden och över sanddynerna till de vita sandstränderna. Där kommer du att få dina solstolar och parasoll som väntar på din användning (Vänligen notera: Strandservice är säsongsbunden).

Destin Beach Club ligger i hjärtat av Destin, Fl där du aldrig kommer att ha brist på roliga saker att göra. På andra sidan gatan är
The Track Amusement Park, och precis nerför gatan är Big Kahuna Water Park. Barnen kommer att älska detta. Och naturligtvis är världsberömda fiskehamnar och båtuthyrning bara några minuters bilresa från lägenheten.

På Destin Beach Club kommer du att känna att du är borta från folkmängderna av beach goers. Denna villa komplex är en pittoresk tre våningar byggnad precis vid stranden av viken. Det återspeglar vad Destin var i gamla dagar! När du är på stranden, tävlar du inte om utrymme och kommer att känna att du är på din egen privata strandområde.

På lägenheten 840 kvadratmeter har lägenheten 1 sovrum, tillsammans med en hallsängsalkov och 2 badrum. Denna vackra lägenhet kommer att sova upp till 6 personer. Vardagsrummet / matsalen ser ut direkt till din privata uteplats och du kommer att ha ett fullt utrustat, uppdaterat kök med bänkskivor av kvarts och fantastiska apparater.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en 40 "smart TV och det finns en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med en 65" smart TV.

Så kom och slappna av och njut av denna strandlägenhet som också erbjuder en uppvärmd pool som ligger vid stranden tillsammans med en jacuzzi och ett toppklassigt gasgrillområde för din användning.

Detta är en rökfri lägenhet. För att boka måste du vara över 25 år eller ha en vårdnadshavare som bor i enheten hela vistelsen.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit for several years and when thing were updated it looked and felt great. THis year the furniture was soiled, kit faucet handle kept falling off, Main bath towel holder had fallen off. Freezer kept dripping into frig. Had to call matinence more than once. Just gave up on frig. Let them know when we left. Walking on floors after shower, our feet were dirty agian? Were floors mopped??? I LOVE Destin Beach Club. Have been goning for over 30 years but disappointed this time. New Manager, gentleman and i didn;t have his name, actually asked us if we had sat something on the furniture! IT was stained when we arrived. I was a little insulted by his insinuation. As well, if prices keep going up every year, not sure we will be able to afford it. I plan go but???Thank you for you time.

Reviewer Comments: Having been a long time Destin Beach Club visitor and owner, we were pleased to see the updates to the units: flooring, washers and dryers in each unit, and the overall appearance of the grounds and building. The tv’s were a bit of a challenge but with Christian’s help, we mastered them. The staff in the office addressed any concerns we had like having maintenance fix a leaky toilet. The only other concern was our door being left open after replacing/repairing the weather stripping. Over all, so pleased and enjoyed our time at the Beach Club. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit was wonderful as far as being right on the beach and close to all of Destin’s main attractions. The condo was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement: when we arrived and opened the dishwasher the dish soap was still in the machine as though it’s not cleaning well, the kitchen cabinets needed a good wipe down, the stove had a greasy residue left behind, the toilet rims needed to be wiped down, etc. also, the kitchen amenities could be better: better quality pots and pans, some cleaning supplies, nicer coffee machine, etc. overall the location was nice but it wasn’t practical for us. Unfortunately the beach was too rough during our stay too so we weren’t able to enjoy the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Destin Beach Club for over 31 years. We like access to the beach and the condo upgrades are great. I guess the one thing is, the cost keeps going up and I don't know if I can keep coming. Most of the units are owned by long time owners and they have made their money. For us who can't afford to buy, it's sad to say, I may not be able to afford much longer.

We vary Year to Year but average around 70 people (12+condos). The location is great. The people are nice. The condos are SUPER. Already booked for next year!! See ya soon DBC!!

It presented itself exactly as shown in pictures which was a pleasant surprise. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Being able to sit on the patio and have morning coffee or just being able to walk out onto the beach for some mental therapy was wonderful. We were fortunate that we had beautiful weather the 4 days we were there. The young man who sat up the chairs and umbrellas each day on the beach was very kind and attentive to the needs of the guests staying at the Destin Beach Club. The office personnel were very kind. Right on the beach

We loved this property. Being on the bottom floor was a pleasant surprise. No elevators and it was just easier to walk out and take a stroll . Our kids loved it here. We hope to stay in this unit again next Summer.
