    The Space:

    *PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

    -Outdoor Hot Tub

    -Splash Pad

    The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

    This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



    Sundestin Unit 1115 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private eleventh-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps six and offers an upscale contemporary coastal décor with new living room furnishings, updated kitchen & bath, as well as fine tile flooring. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Destin coastline. Prepare family meals in with the fully stocked upscale kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds with fine headboards, a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD, and separate access to the balcony. The primary bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style bath and a half with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom. Please take in the sunsets in elegance and style at Sundestin Unit #1115.

    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

GOOD: beach view, easy access to the beach BAD: Condo is worn (we could overlook) but furniture was stained and dirty. Many stains. The cream chair pillow was orange-brown with stains. Mold along shower edge (inside), dirty at bottom edge of shower, dirty used qtip was found along the shower edge... dishwasher had clumps of pods where it didn't finish dissolving or washing, rotten boards at bottom of the sink, patio chair leg cracked almost to point of breaking, door peephole was MISSING from the door - a tissue stuffed in the hole to the outside.The building itself is under an extensive renovation project, which is necessary but caused advertised amenities to be unavailable which was NOT disclosed by the condo owner until AFTER we rented and paid. Then, and only then, did we get a message stating that the condo building was in renovation/amenties closed. We woke up one morning to a man hanging over our balcony and working for a good bit of time. Curtains in living room/bedroom do not cover the windows so that posed a problem with the worker seeing us. We would NOT have rented had we known prior to about the renovation. It felt very sneaky and underhanded. Additionally, it advertises a SPLASH PAD which they will tell you AFTER you book is to be closed throughout the summer 2026 due to renovation. We reached out re: cleanliness issues and the owner/property mgr was very slow to respond. The day before we left, they offered to "come" and inspect. BEWARE!
