Den palmkantade ingången till denna semester hem leder till ett ljust huvudsakliga vardagsrummet på första våningen. Ljusgula väggar klippta i vitbrytningar skapar en solig varm atmosfär. På ena sidan av denna expansiva stora rummet är en bekväm ensemble av plysch inredning som är centrerad på en väggmonterad TV. En blå och vit randig matta ger en elegant accent medan konsthantverk skapar en charmig nautiska tema. Den gräddfärgade skåp i ljuset öppna köket finns en vinklad disk bar med fyra upphöjda platser. Salta skaldjur aptitretare och favoritdrycker kan lätt serveras här. Ett formellt matbord har sex eleganta sittplatser i en solig alkov under en klassisk ljuskrona.

Den rymliga sovrummet har en privat eget badrum med ett badkar, en separat inglasade dusch och duell handfat fåfänga. Serene gröna Wedgewood färgade väggar är rikt accentueras av en pulserande Royal Blue spridning pryder en king size säng med en snidad spindled sänggavel. En platt-TV ger kvällsunderhållning och en glasdörr leder ut till en blåsig balkong med en romantisk bord för två. En av gäst sovrum har sin egen king size säng, en annan TV och badrum. Det tredje sovrummet är en perfekt plats för barn eftersom det har dubbla våningssäng förutom en dubbel våningssäng med en tvilling rulla och tillgång till ett annat badrum.

Detta Destiny West läge erbjuder den vackra stranden och fantastiska bekvämligheter inklusive användning av en säsongsmässigt uppvärmd tropisk stadsdel pool som bara är några steg långt från hemmet. The house location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Loved the layout, pool and kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We had a few minor issues initially but was quickly resolved with property management. Would definitely use this home again!

Beautiful home, great amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amazing Grace. House was beautiful with lots of space, amenities were great and the management team was very responsive. We had an issue with water leaking on Easter Sunday, of all days to have to contact someone :/ But they came right out and fixed the issue. Community is very nice and private but close to everything. We walked to the beach every day. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Stay

Very close to the beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood. The house needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance like the floor, ice maker machine, air filters changed, outside area cleaned, under couches and other areas cleaned maybe more sand toys and board games for the young ones. Other than that we will stay here again. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would recommended this place. The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes. We had a great time! Management was great and prompt!

1st time in Destin

This property was just as described. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 to be comfortable. The property really is within walking distance to the beach access at Crab Trap restaurant (good thing since the parking lot was always full) We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Great Stay but a few basic things missing

We had a great overall stay. The location and house were great. There was some beach stuff to use and lots of space. Only a few negatives. The dish washer and stove not working correctly sometimes. Plus, some basic things missing, such as: batteries in remotes, back door not having a proper way to lock so we had to shove a broom next to it so no one could open it, and the grill outside had no propane in the propane tank so we had to replace it. Also, there was no salt and pepper or coffee filters. I understand not wanting to provide all of these things for a whole group’s stay but a few just to start your stay off with would be nice. Oh, the WiFi is in a bad location and should be in a more central part of the house. The reception in the upstair master bedroom was poor because the router is on the other side of the house. I might be being a bit nit-picky but it’s the details that matter. All and all, it was a great stay, just some little things could use improvement.

Great but needs some attention

This home was nice. We had stayed in the neighborhood before, loved playing basketball and tennis. I picked this house because the sofa looked comfortable but as soon as I sat down, I sank! I did find the other chairs in the living area just fine. I moved 2 stoles from the dinning room and used one for my feet and one as a table. I highly recommend side tables for you 2 chairs. We slept in the master bedroom upstairs. The bed is terrible. If you have back issues, this is not the bed for you (same reason the couch didn't work for me). The shower could use a shower caddy of some sorts even if it is one that sits on the shower head. Our favorite thing was the ice machine - I drink a lot of water and it made great margarita's! We did have the tiny ants around the ice maker the first night but then they were gone. The patio furniture could be updated and is not very inviting, needs a good cleaning. The laundry room light came on when it wanted. Once we got it on we left it on. We were very disappointed when we came home one day to the bikes being moved around in the garage, telling us someone had been in there. We had been parking in there and the bikes where in the way. I called the management company and they said that yes, there was appointment for someone to come out. We were never told anything and felt someone uncomfortable when someone coming in the house. I heads up would have been great! We didn't use the bikes but we did use 2 beach chairs. We were there that week looking for a rental to purchase which we did fine. Now we plan to make sure our rental meets up to everything I want in a rental, including an ice machine.

Amazing Grace

1st Cousins Trip

Best time ever! The property met and exceeded our expectations in providing a comfortable, relaxing, accommodating, and adventurous destination for family fun. This home really is amazing. Our group had four adults and five children and we all fit very comfortably. The home felt much larger than the pictures made it seem. The living area downstairs is perfect with tons of seating and a big screen TV. The home is in a gated community very close to the pool, tennis court, and gym. The pool never had more than three or four families in it at a time, so it was never too crowded. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes with little children and felt like a very safe walk the entire way. You only cross one real road outside of the gated community and drivers seemed very aware at the crosswalks. The beach wasn't too crowded, especially considering we were in Destin during a holiday week. If you're looking for a 'staycation' in Destin this is a great spot. We spent the week mostly at the beach, the neighborhood pool, or in this home.

Great place to stay!

The place was everything I expected. The house was close to destin commons and not too far from the downtown restaurants of harbor walk. The beach was a close walk and conveniently next to a public beach access with rentals. The house came with everything i needed for the kitchen/bathroom/laundry. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing location

We spent a week in Amazing Grace with our three young children and loved it. So close to the community pool and across the street from the beach - was so nice not having to load up the car to go to the beach! Kid friendly home with the bunk beds. Will definitely consider it next time we head to Destin!

Beautiful, spacious home in gorgeous gated community. The pictures didn't do the home justice. Great location! Immediate proximity to the pool and basketball court. And just a short walk to the beach. Home was well equipped with appliances, including a washer and dryer. We also appreciated the ice maker and wet bar. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. There were 3 bikes available for riding that were a hit with our kids. Televisions in every bedroom and a large television in the living room, with Netflix. Covered back porch with access to gas grill. Reasonable pricing, especially when you consider location. Personally, my favorite spot in the house was the "reading deck" that walks out from one of the upstairs bedrooms. My only recommendation would be to bring along a fan for the "kids" bedroom. It did get a little stuffy in there (only room with no ceiling fan). Check in and check out were seamless. We enjoyed our stay at Amazing Grace and hope to return again in the near future. Thanks for having us!!!

Very Nice Beach House

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. Pros: super close to community pool, walk to beach is easy, beach access is crab trap which has playground on beach and beach bar, spacious floor plan, plenty of dishes/cooking stuff. The property could use a little easy maintenance such as touch up paint. Nothing detracting, but walls scuffed. We had to purchase all the "little stuff" such as dish soap, coffee filters, cooking oil, sugar, etc as none of this type of stuff remained from prior visitors. Not a biggie, but that is something we often see at other rentals. Management company was super responsive with key code issue. On the flip side, they were not keen on rescheduling the rental when hurricane Irma was threatening basically the whole state (no imapact on this trip, no hurricane warnings). Of note, the trip insurance would not cover such a request to reschedule based on potential impact. Overall, super nice rental and would not hesitate to stay again.
