Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except, the second bedroom. My Son and Daughter in Law slept there, they said the mattress caved in the middle. It needs to be replaced. Also the curtains and blind in that room needs to be better to keep the light from the outside hallway from shining in. Needless to say they were very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well.

The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with equipment. The sliding door and screen to the balcony was in need of some maintenance. The screen did not move freely in the track and was a two hand placement to gain use of the screen. Weather was very nice so that was a daily issue.

Perfect spring break location

Property was clean and comfortable. Check in and out super easy. Loved the view! Our kid loved the heated pool as the ocean was still a bit cold for extended swimming. Overall great week.

Wonderful Spring Break

The condo is well done and it is right on the beautiful Destin beach. Beach, pool, hot tub... The area is quiet and safe. Destin has many shops and restaurants. I wish the city was less "commercial", however the condo and private beach made it feel much more quaint.

Great Weekend Getaway

Stayed at CD306 and was very satisfied with the unit. It’s more geared toward adults as there is not a lot of amenities other than a pool and hot tub. Didn’t matter being this was an adult trip. The unit was clean, well stocked and very nice. The view is incredible and it’s right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Overall no issues during our stay and had a great time. Good location between destin and Miramar. Gated access and private beach. Would definitely stay again.
