Njut av den rymliga planlösningen i detta lyxiga hem med teleskopiska skjutdörrar som gör att gästerna kan öppna både vardagsrummet och sovrummet till en stor skärmad i Florida rum. Dra nytta av utomhusbbq-ön medan du njuter av eftermiddagssocker eller lounger ute. Det öppna köket inuti ger allt som kock eller bagare kan behöva, komplett med ismaskin och vinkylare!

Det stora sovrummet har en inbjudande king size-säng och badrum med duschkabin, dubbla handfat och jacuzzi. Ytterligare två gästrum erbjuder queen size-sängar medan det fjärde sovrummet har två full size-sängar. Slappna av från en upptagen stranddag med de stora plattskärms-TV och plyschmadrasser som finns i alla rum.

Upptäck bekvämligheter finns i närheten av det exklusiva samhället Destiny East. Denna gemenskap, tvärs över gatan från stranden, har 2 pooler, tennisbana, gym, expansivt klubbhus med biograf, utomhuskök och grill, lekplats och vandringsleder. Hemmet är utrustat med en barnstol och en pack n lek (i sovrummet garderoben) och strandstolar och 4 cyklar alla lagrade i garaget för att njuta av det närliggande smaragdvattnet i Destin.

This absolutely beautiful home was perfect for our family to call home for a week. The neighborhood is breathtaking! The location is wonderful. The home has all the accommodations. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back soon!

The house location was great and near lots of things so that’s a plus. The overall condition of the house wasn’t that great. It wasn’t very clean to start. The middle shower was disgusting and had several clumps of hair in it. The master shower was clogged and not draining well. However they did come and take care of it. Then the garage door stop working so we weren’t able to use it for parking and there’s no street parking at all. They provided an alternative, it just wasn’t extremely convenient.The HOA also seems to have an issue with people of color using the pool even with the bands. We were harassed by several people to the point we only used it once during our whole stay. We still had a good time because we adapted but I’d never rent this property again. The mgmt company was pretty nice with responding to the issues but that’s just too much for one stay

Beautiful home. Exactly as described . Community pool nice - they didn’t explain well the second pool - which is outside the gated community. House sets on corner lot - tight driveway - property manager very quick and responsive - beautiful area

Spacious super clean and well maintained home.

House was perfect for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Very clean and well maintained home. The porch with gas grill was a nice plus. Neighborhood is nice for swimming, tennis courts and Pickleball. 10/10

Paradise Found!

This was quite possibly one of The Best Vacations we have had in a long time. Everything was made so easy, which is what a vacation is supposed to be....no stress! Booking, communication, instructions, location, privacy.... and what kept blowing our mind was the cleanliness of everything in this home as well as on the beach and in the shopping areas, it was SO CLEAN! This absolutely breathtaking home and its location helped make this a vacation to remember! The owners and rental staff have outdone theirselves with helping you feel right at home as a guest! The only thing i would say was missing was a golf cart provided at the house, but we rented one and had a blast! Thank you all for your dedicated efforts to provide us a wonderful time away it was so appreciated by me and my family! We have already told everyone back home in NC to visit! Family Fun in the Sun

Stayed with my family (8 total - 6 Adults, 2 kids) and had a blast. Location was absolutely perfect, the amenities were great, convenient to the Beach, Food, Shopping. Highly recommend Bruster’s Icecream. The house had comfy beds, showers, a piano that my girls loved, and books to read and relax.

Great place for a family stay!!!

Overall, we had a wonderful time with the family. House was incredible and enough room for all of us. Close to everything in Destin!!! Family created many memories this trip! HOA rules are a little over the top. It was difficult to get three vehicles in the driveway per HOA!! The listing stated Beach toys, chairs and bikes but most of the chairs were rusted and the toys overused. The bike tires were low on air and we had to buy a pump!

Great Property

The home was very clean and we made sure it was the way it was supposed to be when we left. Enjoyed the stay. The only things we wish were different was that there was more than one hot water heater and the delta knobs in faucets were hard in some bathrooms to turn to the hot position. I haven't seen those type knobs in a while. Besides that it was like sort of being at home. Had to adjust to three bathrooms while at home we have four plus a half upstairs and one half downstairs. I still would give it 5 stars.

Graduation Get-away

Our first time in Destin won't be the last. Two families (4 parents, 6 late teens/early 20s) celebrated our high schoolers' graduation in this lovely home. The "kids" said it was bougie which (I found out) is a high compliment. They enjoyed the bikes and proximity to the beach tremendously. Having a second fridge in the garage was a wonderful surprise as we cooked many meals in the well stocked, spacious kitchen. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, upscale amenities, close to beach

Loved this home, nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful community pool. Highly recommend cooking out by the pool. The screened in porch is amazing! Walking distance to the beach but you do have to drive if carrying beach coolers and umbrellas.

Worth it!

This property was wonderful. It even came with a pack n play for my infant and a high chair for her meals. It was a great property public access was only 5 minutes away. I definitely recommend them.

Family Get Away

This house was perfect for our family! The property was very nice and clean and very livable. Loved the screen porch. This was a relaxing trip. We went to the beach everyday. It's about 1/2 mile walk but a very easy path that avoids busy streets. There was a wagon available and lots of sand toys which came in handy. Also used the neighborhood pool and playground and tennis court. A great ice cream stand was also a brief walk. Many good restaurants nearby, but also a very nice grill available in the porch which we used a lot. We had a wonderful time.
