  • The Beach is Calling! Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Relax and enjoy your vacation in this charming "cottage" condo at Pelican Beach, Unit 1214 (Twelfth floor). This newly renovated unit sleeps 6 comfortably. In addition to an indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, and 2 hot tubs, this resort has a NEW beachfront pool and a new 14 person hot tub. The resort has a cafe and a Tiki Hut next to the beach. Located in the heart of Destin, you are close to a variety of restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach Resort! The host was a great communicator and the condo was clean and perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the gulf view from the balcony and the ease to get to and from the beach! The pools were very nice and clean and the tiki bar was great for an early evening drink! We would definitely rent here again!

Condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. It is definitely not crowded during the second week in September. We were able to use the pool and find open chairs everyday. Restaurants are all around the area and the boardwalk wasn’t busy either!

This condo was a wonderful stay! The beach chair service was great, loved the cafe food options for breakfast and lunch, as well as the tiki hut convenience on the beach! Kids took advantage of the pools and hot tub. Unit was very clean and I appreciated the leftover previous guest sunscreen. This was a last minute get away and it was easy, comfortable, clean and wonderfully relaxing!!

This property is extremely nice. Great communications with owner. Quality furnishings and perfectly equipped kitchen. Two baths, two BR, LR and deck with chairs and table -- overlooking the unbelievably beautiful Destin beach. Five stars all the way! We will be back!!

Well-equipped condo - great location

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and some bath towels were provided. You may want to pack extra if you have more than 4 people staying, especially wash cloths. Excellent location in Destin and the beach was so nice! Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again. Joan the property owner was quick to respond to any of my messages too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Awesome place!

The condo was really lovely. Beds were comfortable and towels were white and fluffy. Pictures were accurate and great views!!! We really enjoyed the beach, three pools and hot tubs. The cafe breakfast was delicious. We would go back again. Thanks Joan for sharing your Emerald Coast slice of heaven with us!

Fantastic condo!

This was a quick weekend getaway for our family and the condo was perfect! Joan was responsive and always answered our questions. The check in process was efficient and the condo was exactly as described. Very clean and it had everything we needed. The views of the beach from the balcony were perfect! The walk to the beach was super quick and the location of the condo was very close to lots of shopping and dining. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent!

The property was absolutely perfect for my family. The unit itself was very clean and well furnished. It offered great unobstructed views of the beach from the balcony and the sunsets were beautiful looking out from the entry. The resort itself was also great- the zero entry pool was the kids’ favorite and I was impressed with how well maintained the entire property grounds were - even the grills were clean! Drinks and food were even better than expected and good value. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
