Welcome to Boho Retreat, a peaceful and centrally located condo in Gulf Terrace Condominiums in Destin, FL. This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers a comfortable getaway for families or small groups, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions like Big Kahuna's Water Park, Shakes Frozen Custard, Starbucks, and a variety of Destin restaurants and activities. The condo is also equipped with all the amenities you need, including a private patio

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This recently renovated condo is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, including a washer and dryer located on the enclosed balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine for your convenience. After a day of fun, relax on your private balcony while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The condo is perfect for unwinding, with HDTV and Roku, board games.

Parking:

Guests have access to one private parking spot at least 11ft wide (3.35 meters).

Gulf Terrace Condominiums is a highly sought-after community conveniently located just off Highway 98/Emerald Coast Parkway in the heart of Destin, Florida. Nestled between popular attractions like The Track and Big Kahuna's, this prime location offers easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Residents and guests can enjoy being just steps from Shakes and less than half a mile from favorite spots like Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and other local eateries.

This well-maintained, gated community features a range of amenities, including three community pools, two gazebos, and a peaceful catch-and-release fishing area at Lake Aladdin. Enjoy outdoor grilling at one of the BBQ pits, relax in the community room, or take advantage of the tennis/pickleball courts open year-round. With laundry facilities on-site and boat trailer parking available for short-term use, Gulf Terrace makes it easy to enjoy the Destin lifestyle.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

The place is lovely. We felt right at home. The unit was close to all we wanted to do. Close to the boardwalk, the track, Henderson State Park, places to eat, and we even walked to Big Kahuna’s!! I will definitely book again!
