Old Grand Lady

We have been renting at Breakers East for over 20 years. Its location is perfect for us, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Beach service has always been excellent. Through the years the units have aged and been renovated so be careful with the age of the latest redo. This trip the grounds and common facilities were definitely showing their age. The elevators were never very fast but now one was out of service (would have been nice to know before we rented) making coming and going painful. The the lobby area, gates to the beach were dirty and worn (with cracked tiles and soiled surfaces). One tennis court has been replaced with two pickle ball courts (smart move) and the parking lot and entrance gate area remain in good shape and well lit. We love the property but it needs some updates.

Fabulous Family Getaway

The property was absolutely wonderful for our family! The balcony was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the beach. The rooms were large, and the beds in the guest room gave everyone their own space. We will definitely be back. It was perfect!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. Perfect location to all shops and restaurants. Host was easy to contact before trip to answer questions. We want to go back next year and if this condo is available we will be booking it.

Everything I was Looking For!

This property was just as advertised and perfect for my family. The condo building is not as big as some of the ones around it so the beach was not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Destin Vacation at Breaker’s east

We enjoyed our stay at the Breakers East. We Loved the beach and the area. The beach views from the balcony were amazing. Carolyn and Erica were very helpful and will respond to my emails or text promptly. Couple things that we Didn’t like from our stayed were the wifi, AC and TV connection.many kids were not aavailable blue to play their tablets in their room, TVs will not connect many times and AC was already set to a temperature you could not adjust it. This condominium it’s very expensive to be having problems like the ones I mentioned. We loved the beach! Thanks

Wow-Great Week!

This was our firs time staying at this condo. For the last 10 years we have stayed at the big condo a few buildings to the west. Because we had a larger group this year we were not able to stay at that other condo without renting two units. Initially we were apprehensive in moving from the big condo to Breakers East but were encouraged by the past reviews that this might be almost as good. But as soon as we arrived we realized that this was not almost as good. Breakers East was MUCH better. The building was well maintained and easy to access, the beach was also very easy to access and even closer to the condo than we expected (not to mention one row of beach chairs instead of five) and no waiting for elevators. The unit itself was perfect for our group. The view from the balcony was great. We often saw dolphins swimming by. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and not having to bring quarters and go down the hall to do a load of laundry. We did notice a small leak from the dishwasher. I contacted the management company and they quickly responded and had a maintenance technician alerted to fix the problem. All of this was done with no inconvenience to us or any sort of interruption to our beach time. Thank you for a great week. We will be back and would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great location for family spring break

The property was perfect. The bunks in the second bedroom were great. Having a pool and the beach is a plus for us. The area was relaxing and not crazy like other spring break destinations.

Absolutely wonderful!!

One of THE best condos we’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen was HUGE, with massive counter space. The second bedroom had the most amazing bunks. Slept very comfortably with all of our kids. Balcony was huge and the view was amazing. Very clean. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Will definitely consider this room for future stays.

Little piece of heaven

This condo was perfect. We brought our four grandchildren! The four bed set up in the spare bedroom was just right for them. We enjoyed the large balcony. The condo was beautiful, clean & well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. Would most definitely stay there again.

EXCELLENT CONDO

Very good Condo, comfortable. The ocean views are a big plus. Just steps from the water, a short walk thru a door and you are at the water. Really no complains at all. We will be back! Just buy your own umbrella ( $30.00). These condo people at the beach will tale away your umbrella right at 5 pm even if still sunny and hot outside, and if you arrive at the beach a minute past 4 pm, they won't set up an umbrella for you!. Free yourself from a rigid and illogical schedule while on vacation and get your own. We left a brand-new umbrella as a contribution for the condo

Excellent Condo

We have been coming to Destin for many years and this condo was by far the BEST we have ever stayed in. We will be booking another trip here again in the near future!!! Highly recommend!!!

Best Condo!

This was by far the best beach condo I have stayed at! The condo is beautiful! It is right on the water and has a huge balcony overlooking the beach! The check in process was so easy. There is so much room in the kitchen and that bedroom with all the beds is the most unique thing I’ve ever seen! Was perfect for my group trip with 7 other girls! Will definitely stay here again!

VRBO-Destin Never Fails Us

Condo description and pics were spot on. Condo was very clean, king bed super comfy, and plenty of bath towels were supplied. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, etc, however we only used the coffee pot. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. We had a fantastic time.
