This property is privately managed by the owners; not a large management company. Do not be fooled by other companies with lower prices. We provide many supplies and beach items for your stay that most companies do not provide. We take pride in maintaining our properties so that you will check in to a well cared for, clean, and welcoming home. We will go above and beyond to earn your five star review and make your stay amazing!


Very affordable 3BR/2BA just 200 yards from the private gated beach access! You do not have to cross a highway to get to the beach! Low monthly winter rates are available for 2300.00 per month plus fees and taxes from October through February. Please reach out if you would like to book at the monthly rate. This quiet and relaxing condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a balcony with views of the pool. The master bedroom has a king bed, the first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two twin over twin bunk beds. This condo easily sleeps 8 people. *Please note that there is no elevator. This room is located on the third floor with no room above you or directly beside you. It is located in a 3 story newly renovated low rise condo. Relax in the pool area on the tanning deck, have a fun family meal in the picnic area after grilling, stroll down to play in the sand at the beach, or head out to explore all the great activities Destin has to offer. You are centrally located in the heart of Destin. Walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chic-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery! 5 min walk to Big Kahunas Waterpark- full of great splashing fun for the kids Under 4 miles to Destin Commons, Harborwalk Village, and Crab Island.

February Florida Relaxation

The living space in the Condo is exactly like the listing shows. Very clean living space with lots of extra goodies in the unit to make you visit a wonderful stay. Accurate on the access to the beach which is just beautiful. Sheryl was most helpful as our contact for the unit, and very appreciative of her assistance. A negative on this trip was the amount of maintenance that was going on in the complex, and the disruption it caused during the stay. Will consider this property the next time we visit.

Beautiful Home

This is the most clean, comfortable home I have stayed in. There is so much attention to detail. The pool is easily accessible. Ice cream is located right across the street! The beach is right behind the property. Everything you want/need during a vacation is close to the home. The owner is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be visiting this property again.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Perfect!!

We decided to come to Destin and made a last-minute reservation for this property. This place was immaculate. It was very clean and smelled great. We arrived at night and the lamps were left on for us throughout the condo. There was music playing on the tv. It was so inviting and comforting after a long trip. The host left us a great gift basket with some fun little things in it as well as a handwritten card and a coupon for a dozen free Krispy Kreme doughnuts! It is obvious they care about first impressions. It is decorated very beachy and gave us that vacation vibe we were looking for. It was just as they described. It was a quiet, peaceful setting. We were not on a busy highway. There was ample parking and we had our own private beach access that we could walk to so we did not have to look for parking at a public beach. (If you come to Destin often you know that parking at the public beach can almost be impossible to find) We had everything we needed. They even provided beach towels whereas most vacation homes in Destin do not. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with all appliances and even an air fry oven, a crock pot, and plenty of cookware. My wife was so happy about this. There were games in the condo to encourage family time. We sat down and played for a while just because we had not taken the time to do this in a long time. The host was so friendly. We all walked away from there happy. I will definitely be staying there again.
