Nice property! Loved the effortless check-in. The pool area, and large living area of the main house was a great hub for our family interactions. The golf kart was helpful with transporting and parking at the beach. We had a great time.

Summer family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as we had hoped for. However, it would be helpful to list how well equipped the kitchen is. We brought a lot of extra stuff from home, not knowing there was going to be everything we would need for cooking for a group of 14 adults. The listing should also say that there are several beach chairs available in the garage. We would not have brought beach chairs across 4 states had we known there were chairs available in the garage. It would have been helpful to have either another trash bin or a recycling bin for all the trash to be loaded into outside. Upstairs restroom missing a door handle and door does not close tightly. Main entry door into the main house is extremely hard to open.

House and property are absolutely beautiful. There is a main house and separate guest house. Location is in a gated neighborhood across the street from the beach access. It was a great location and property. House does have a golf cart included but key is locked up and you have to call a company to get the code. Company was closed so we lost a day use with the golf cart. Otherwise, great stay.
