Destin and Emerald Towers are very nice, I've been coming for 9 years. This is the first time unit 403 was very disappointing. deck furniture torn, electric sockets loose, stove did not heat evenly, door make noise like a jackhammer, mattresses poor, supplies very cheap, BR closet rusted. new floors and sofas, should not rent until updating is complete. I request a refund of $750.

The bathroom need to be updated, the ground was keep neat, front desk clerk was exceptional.

303 emarald towers Destin Florida
The close dryer made a LOUD NOISE. And it was not fixed the 8 night's we stay there. Bedroom #2 smelled like urine and also seen Dog hair in different places in the unit

Thank you for your feedback. We have replaced the belt on the dryer and are sorry for the inconvenience. We found no signs of a Irvine smell in the unit and this is not pet friendly. We went to investigate and found no such smell. We hope you will come back to visit again soon.
