First Floor:

Although the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements, the maximum permitted occupancy is 12 guests in accordance with local regulations.

The first floor offers an open-concept living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, plus direct access to the backyard. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a second living room, additional kitchen and Gulf-view balcony.

The floors have separate entrances and connect from inside, giving families the flexibility to spend time together while still enjoying privacy.

YOUR PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS

Swim beneath the palms, relax beside the dolphin water feature or prepare dinner in the outdoor kitchen. Artificial turf, two grills and a convenient poolside half bathroom make outdoor living easy.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee during eligible months but is not offered April through October.

Pet approval and an additional pet fee apply. Howard Vacations provides an initial supply of essential bathroom and kitchen amenities. We recommend bringing or purchasing additional toiletries, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies and kitchen necessities. Beach chairs and toys are provided, although guests may prefer to bring their own.
