    The Space:

    Sit back and relax in this beachfront home that offers amazing views and convenient amenities. This retreat has a well-equipped kitchen that will make preparing meals easy and a large dining area that is perfect for friends and family to gather together. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or to spend time together after a day of fun. On warmer days, head out to the shared tennis courts and work up a sweat with a partner. Cool off in the shared pool or make your way to the sandy shored of the Gulf of Mexico and splash in the waves. The newly installed ice maker and wet bar allow you to end your day with a refreshing beverage. Gorgeous and beautifully decorated, this home will set the tone for an amazing vacation.



    White sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from this home. Enjoy spending time at the shared pool and hot tub that is located beachside. Plus, there are shared grills and outdoor dining for guests who want to grill out in the salty air. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is just across the street for the younger members of the group and Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is within a mile away for a perfect day on the course. The Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall are a short drive from this home and offer many different stores to walk through.

Destin Beach front Condominium

Checking in to Jade East was an easy process. Information was emailed in a timely manner. However, parking passes and bracelets are required to stay on the property. I would suggest that parking passes be left in the Condo to avoid citations. Also, there should be a plentiful amount of bracelets. We were short several and made the property manager aware. Location of Condo is fantastic! A short walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable for our group.

Enjoyed it very much. However never could get the dishwasher to work so we washed everything by hand.The balcony sliding glass door on left from den had caulking that wasn’t dried and 2 year old kept getting into it.Everything else was great and we hope to stay there in the future

We absolutely loved the location, as we are longtime, beachfront fans! We particularly enjoyed that we had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so that everyone could have their privacy and downtime. The shower off the main bedroom was heavenly! Just a few areas, however, needed attention: 1) The bedroom trash can (near the entrance) had not been emptied before our arrival. 2) The dishwasher was broken before our arrival, but maintenance knew because they arrived shortly after we checked in. It was not repaired during our visit. 3) None of the bathrooms' shampoo, conditioner and body wash had been refilled before our arrival. 4) Finger- and handprints (perhaps belonging to a little one, judging by the height) were quite visible on the left window near the TV in the common area. 5) The chaise lounge chair had some sort of stain with Dorito chips' crumbs under it. Still, our overall visit was fun. And we were safe and happy!

Our rental was lovely, just as pictured. The small inconveniences were no shampoo /conditioner/soap in master shower, the fan controller in the family area was concealed by a picture frame, and the kitchen was not stocked with enough silverware (forks) or large enough skillets to accomodate 10 guests. Those issues were miniscule, compared to the beauty of the unit. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great location and clean

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Traveling with our children and grandchildren, we found the condo to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of skillets, although a few more pots would have been helpful for cooking larger meals. One of the highlights was the excellent security. The locked gates both at the entrance and at the beach gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow internet. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the condo or the property itself. Additionally, AT&T service was spotty inside the condo and even worse on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Great ViewPerfect lo

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. View beautiful, easy and close beach access . Pool nice and warm. Condo clean and astatically pretty. We had a few issues during our month's stay. Some were attended to quickly, others took a few days. Communication to renters when they arrived could be improved: example ice and water lines in refrig not working, instructions on how to use two remotes would be useful. Dishwasher noisy and instructions needed. Ice maker in bar also very noisy. Between ice maker and dishwasher something was singing all the time. Bed in bedroom #2 has a broken bed...needs to be replaced. Management was helpful and for the most part answered issues as best she could. Overall would rate our stay a 7 due to the numerous issues. On the positive parking is ample and easy...allowing more than 2 parking passes is needed for multiple families staying together.

Girls Trip

We had all the basics and plenty of room for 4 adults. Master bedroom shower, while massive and impressive with multipe shower heads, did have mildew/mold on the ceiling. It looked as if work had been done but did not solve the situation. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds was a tight fit without easy access to the closet. The second queen bed was butted up against the closet doors. The balcony was good, and we enjoyed the views in spite of rain and wind most of the trip. Check in and check out was simple. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.
