Here’s a breakdown of what to expect in the house:

**Kitchen:** If you enjoy cooking while on vacation, you’ll be pleased to find everything you need in our fully stocked kitchen! It includes a full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, large double-door refrigerator, double toaster, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

**Living Room:** After a long day in the sun, retreat to the living room. Relax on the large, cozy sectional while streaming your favorite shows or movies on the 65” TV with Roku. This space is also perfect for a fun game night! Enjoy our game room featuring a pool table, video games, and numerous board games. We prioritize making your vacation fun!

**Bathrooms:** There are 2 full bathrooms, both with soaking tubs, and one with a separate shower.

**Bedrooms:** Rest easy knowing everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep. We offer 3 full bedrooms and 5 beds, all with luxury mattresses and HD TVs with built-in Roku.

- **Bedroom #1:** King size bed and a baby crib (available in the master closet)
- **Bedroom #2:** Also has a king size bed. These two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom.
- **Bedroom #3:** Features a queen size bed and a bunk bed (queen over queen). This room has the master bathroom with a stand-alone shower and double vanity.

**Outside:** Let the kids and pets run free in our large, private, fenced backyard while you prepare a delicious dinner on the propane gas barbecue grill. Enjoy relaxing in our outdoor patio furniture, and spend a night under the stars!

If you are looking for something unique and more extreme, the adventure parks or off-road tours nearby are definitely worth the experience!
For retail therapy, the premium outlet malls are just 10 minutes away from our beach home. We’re located just a few miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also nearby is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway which also has a movie theater! Surely, you will never run out of things to do while on vacation with us!
Dining options in this area are endless. We recommend trying the Whales Tail for one of the freshest seafood-inspired menus in the area and mesmerizing ocean views. Pompano Joes is another local favorite. Other great eateries include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, and numerous others.
We also recommend checking out Dolphin Reef, if snorkeling is on your itinerary. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), you can enjoy an up close and personal view of the amazing seal life that calls the reef home. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
