    Andelslägenhet # 603 vardagsrumsmöbler ersattes i december 2017. Denna enhet rymmer 4 personer med en king-säng i master och en queen size-bäddsoffa med en skummadras i vardagsrummet. Kakelgolv finns i hela enheten. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med alla lädermöbler och en 60 "SMART HD-plattskärms-TV och en HD-kabelbox med SEC Sports Channel. Befälhavaren är utrustad med en 42 "plattskärm. Båda TV-apparaterna har en SMART Blue Ray DVD-spelare. Fjärrkontroll fans finns i mästaren och vardagsrummet. Köket är komplett med alla rostfria vitvaror, granitbänkskivor och ett skafferi för att lagra dina matvaror. Badkaret har tagits bort och det här är en dusch enbart enhet.

    Poolen, tennisbanorna och gratis strandstolar (3/1 till och med 10/31) ligger bara några steg bort. Gör din bokning idag. Dra nytta av de kostnadsfria Xplorie-utflykterna som en förmåga att förbättra din semester.

Clear water, relaxing, beach chairs and umbrella included, comfortable bed, spectacular view, and got to see dolphins while we were on the beach! We will stay again!

Great Condo and Location

The property and condo were exactly as described. King bed was extremely comfortable along with all the furniture. Great location and property was gated. Would definitely book again and recommend.

One thing that this condo had that I’ve noticed other locations we’ve stayed at did not have was leftover storage containers. To me that was a plus. For me it’s always the little things that make me happy! Will be back for another great Destin trip!!

We eat in a lot & had to go & buy a cookie sheet so I could make cookies. Everything else was great & nicely updated. Especially loved the recliners. Us “old” folks like to relax & put our feet up when we sit & relax.

Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Wonderful Stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not our first visit to Destin, but our first time at this location - and it was amazing! The condo was clean and well-decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in the bathroom on our first day and the maintenance staff and cleaning staff were quick to respond and fix everything. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is the best location on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing, just an overall great stay. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things, because if everyone knows how wonderful it is, it will get too popular! But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, great condo, wonderful visit - we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place on the beach

We love Destin and try to go every 2-3 years. We found this condo and it was a perfect spot with beautiful view of the beach. You can hear the waves from every part of the resort. The condo was lovely and had absolutely everything we could need! Even a pizza cutter which was a first for us. Wonder home, every detail and extremely comfortable. We slept so well in the beds. The balcony was spacious with lounge chairs and I thought it was a huge bonus that we had a free beach umbrella with chairs provided everyday we were there and we definitely used them. Updated kitchen with a refrigerator that’s constantly making ice…another huge plus. We were able to log into our Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime accounts for movies at night thought the Wi-Fi tv’s in the living room and master bedroom. Staff were all very friendly and the floor this room is on is where the washer and dryers are so extremely convenient to pick this one. I highly recommend.
