Gulf Memories #802 Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella

 Welcome to Gulf Memories # 802. Enjoy the gulf breeze in a charming family-friendly condo. Our 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers space for everyone. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed, private bath and wall-mounted 43" 4K Smart Fire TV. The second, bedroom contains two full-sized beds and wall-mounted 43" 4K Smart Fire TV.
New bedding and furniture provides extra comfort. The stylish living room was designed with comfort in mind and features plenty of seating for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar that adds additional seating to the dining area. All dinnerware, new cookware, and new waffle maker are provided. There is also a full-sized new washer and dryer purchased in June 2022. This condo comes with free wireless internet and the den has a 55" 4K Smart Fire TV for streaming.
This is a spacious ground-floor unit has an open-concept condo allowing you to unwind after a fun-filled beach day.
Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Whether you like water activities, shopping, outdoor concerts, or just lying on the beach, there is plenty to do in Destin. Area activities include: deep sea fishing, boat & wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, bungee activities, go-cart racing, golf, Bass Pro Shop, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Air Force Armament Museum near Eglin AFB, and many great restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families.
 

 

 Our unit is available for weekly rental for the month of MARCH.

Beach service is March 6th to October 25th 8:00am - 4:00pm

No Pets Allowed
 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that I wish there was more washcloths because we only had 2 in one bathroom & one in the other. Could use an extra dishcloth too. The rest of the house was stocked good.

Condo had a great location and had all the essentials we needed for our weekend stay. It was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that the people in the condo above ours were smokers and we could smell the smoke especially when we were trying to sit out on the patio. They also threw their cigarette butts over the balconies, both the front and back.

Peace and fun times

The condo was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but close to anything everything you could want. Very clean, easy to contact owners, everything was in the condo and in great working condition. Pool and playground was a hit with the grandchildren. Beach was beautiful. Definitely will visit again…… thanks

Spotless property with a short walk to the beach!

My children (ages 20-11) and I stayed at this property for a week in July, around the 4th. Though there was extra traffic, we had a wonderful time! The property was EXTREMELY clean, with starter coffee, creamer, trash bags, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc provided. There was also a nice collection of beach toys in the patio storage/ laundry area that we took advantage of and also contributed to. Richard was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations, checking in was super easy, and again - the condo was SO CLEAN! I would recommend in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Memories. It was clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach. Probably the best part was having private access to the beach with chairs and an umbrella. The beach was not crowded at all.

Relaxing Ladies Weekend

This property is so conveniently located. Close to shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The property was clean, well stocked with the basics and looks exactly as advertised. The pool was nice, heated and easily accessible from the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

My parents and I had an amazing stay at this VRBO condo! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to major grocery stores. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!
