Perfect setup for families

Beautiful lockout unit, nicely decorated and great for families. The configuration allowed for us to spend time together but have privacy as well. Super convenient to get to the pool and beach and the complimentary chair setup is great. We were really impressed with the onsite restaurant as well! This is our second time back but the first time in this particular unit and we preferred it. Thanks!

The location was amazing but the building was underconstruction 10 feet from our bed. We reported problems, such as no hot water and they were never resolved the issues. The room was not ready at check in and the overall service was just bad. The beach was amazing.

Great location esp for the price

Overall the UNITS was pretty clean. It did smell pretty horrible walking from the garage to the condo. The location was super convenient walking from the balcony to the beach. The private beach did not let us use our own chairs or umbrellas though but we saw other people use theirs. Side note for future guest... they did not supply us with anything more than a small bottle of shampoo and soap per bathroom (4 for each bathroom), one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, about 5 garbage bags, 4 dishwashing powder, two rolls of paper towel, two tiny bottles of dishwashing soap (for two kitchens), 4 laundry packets. There's no salt/pepper/aluminum foil/ cooking oil/basic amenities in the kitchen (I don't have an issue with this but I wanted the other guest to know bc I tried to buy all the groceries before I arrived).

Filthy

This so called luxury condominium was filthy! Access to the condo was horrible, smelled like garbage and big roaches on the walk. When you walked into the condo it smelled so musty. The floors were filthy, all the bed sheets had hair and blood on them. The inside of the dishwasher had food all in the bottom of it and most of the pots and pans were dirty. The master bedroom had water standing all along the wall behind the bed on the restaurant side and speaking about the restaurant, it was so loud at night and you can’t even use your balcony because people are sitting right next to it eating, horrible location!This was honestly the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in! I expected at least a clean place to stay! We complained immediately to the front desk and they sent someone down the next morning to clean but it didn’t look much better after she was done, they used dirty water to mop it smelled like vomit when they were done, manager came and took a look at it and she offered us another unit but we would have to split our family up because it wasn’t big enough for all of us. I would never recommend this condo to anyone EVER!!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo looks amazing. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room. The kitchens were great, the patio was amazing, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The restaurant is on the patio but we had no problems at all. The beach and service were great. Definitely recommend this property especially for large groups.

Great Staff, Dirty

The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Even the beach service was superb. The beach-front location was great and where it is on the strip makes it close to everything you'd want to quickly access during your stay. However, the cleanliness of the building and the unit we occupied left a lot to be desired. The attention to detail is lacking. The linens in the bed I slept in were soiled with what appeared to be hair grease and there was sand in the bed. The floor was filthy. I had personal linens I used. After a short trip to the kitchen and back my socks were very notably dirty. The location and access to the unit was terrible. We were steps away from the dinners at the restaurant and on the opposite side of the pool, which is not the way we interpreted the description of the unit. The crowd that dines at the restaurant is higher-end and some were unfriendly to the idea of having tenants enjoying their balcony steps away from where they were attempting to enjoy their food. No win in that situation. The access to the unit was terrible. To have to go by the cooking station and what may have been the laundry station through a corridor that smelled like garbage was like we were seeing what was inside the sausage, to use a phrase to illustrate. We enjoyed how large the unit was and that it offered a restroom for every room, allowing for more privacy. However, there were no beach towels, starting coffee batch like we've come to expect from staying in condominiums in the past.

Beautiful condo...but constantly had issues with plumbing, appliances and smell.

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach, easy access to the beach and pool. The staff were very nice. Unfortunately, there were constant issues with the condo every day. Shower/tub handles didn't work which made it impossible to shower or bathe until they were fixed. All of the toilets backed up. The ice makers weren't working and one was leaking. A few days in one of the sides of the condo smelled like it had a gas leak.

Wonderful experience!!

Property was beautiful and clean. We went for Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to make a dinner for 15 people including spaces to sit. Comfortable beds and more than enough room for our party of 11 to sleep comfortably and provide privacy. The restaurant was right outside our window which I thought would be a problem but wasn’t at all. There was no noise and staff and guests were very respectful. Carts provided to take stuff to rooms. Parking kind of sucked as there were times that there were no spots available and our second car(we had two condos) didn’t fit in garage as it was an Expedition. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
